Dr. Jude was at my husbands bedside, from day one of his admission due to Covid. He is very patient, informative and knowledgeable and will explain till you understand. My husband continues his visits with Dr. Jude! I thank God for guiding Dr. Jude and pray for him everyday, that he may continue to do his best with all his patients!

The nurse at the front was very unprofessional, my husband is on oxygen from having COVID and as anyone would he was having a hard time breathing and was frustrated from walking because he couldnt catch his breath he's also an obese man who was scared to lose his appointment. He had an appointment at 1 it was 12:55 when we got there and upon arriving we didn't know the door was locked so we waited when the nurse answered she gave attitude to us like if we were children. My husband was still frantic from catching his breath when he was talking she showed no compassion and immediately took it the wrong way. He was concerned about his oxygen tank level and told her and she immediately came back telling us that the doctor said for us to go home and that he didn't have to see him. Well me and my daughter were trying to apologize and explain for why my husband was acting the way he was. And she saw me and started barking at us to wait. We understand that there are other patients and we waited 30 mins and she completely ignored me and my daughter at the front door and didnt even gives us time to explain or even let my husband apologize. Very unprofessional you'd think the nurses would show some kind of compassion and understanding especially to someone who cant breathe.

Dr. Jude is a Great Listener, my family and I have been seen by Dr. Jude for many years and he has been a great doc. He has patience, he is knowledgeable and is truely committed to our family. There has been times when we have needed him he has been there for us always. Dr. Jude's staff is FANTASTIC thanks Sandy for you hard work.

This has been a while ago, but I felt so disappointed I felt I needed to share. Staff was unprofessional, I waited an hour while they were gossiping before they checked all my information.
