Great doctor, always busy so be patient….
Great doctor. Listens to your concerns and isn’t just there for a paycheck. 10/10 plus he got me a free iced coffee soo he is amongst the best
Terrible experience. My husband has to have a total spine reconstruction. He has to have this done by another in San Antonio. 2 surgeries with Alexander left him butchered & in constant pain. i do not recommend .
Dr Alexander saw my partner Martin. Dr had superb bedside manner! He did not just tell Martin what he found in the MRI but educated us,This has lacked in other drs we have seen.!
Long wait times, several hours! My husband had back surgery and is now wheelchair bound. Do yourself a favor, find another Dr. Update: FYI, He passed away. Stay away from this Dr, he's extremely aggressive.
Would not recommend and would highly suggest going out of the area for care. After waiting over 3 hours to be seen, the dr came into the room then escorted me out to a different area where he went over only a portion of my imaging then pushed me out. He also used an auto template, which is called cloning, to fill in information on my write up that never occurred. He billed my insurance for an evaluation and he did no physical evaluation of any kind. This is the 2nd dr recently to pull this on me. This is actually illegal and it's insurance fraud. I spoke to multiple people in his office, including the medical assistant and office manager, both who confirmed he uses an auto template. They refused to correct my write up which is my legal right through hippa. I now have to escalate the matter and report this. I'm not going to allow Dr's in this town to charge my insurance for an evaluation that never happened and he only gave me about 15 minutes of his time, then tried comparing my situation to his wife's saying that she complains about the same issues as me. Pretty unprofessional and I'm writing this to warn others to go elsewhere.
He is an excellent surgeon and I have complete confidence in his surgical abilities. However, communication regarding prescription refills could be improved. When a refill request is denied or cannot be approved, there is often no explanation provided, leaving patients unaware of the situation until they contact the office themselves. A brief phone call or notification explaining the reason for the decision would help patients better understand their treatment plan and avoid unnecessary confusion or delays.

I thank God we found him.he is excellent Doctor and kind.I highly recommend him.Thank you Doctor Alexander 😘 God bless you and I pray for your health so you can still help a lot people that need a great surgeon like you.❤️🙏

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
