The initial experience was pleasant. Staff were very nice & had my daughter in & out in no time. After this service went down hill. Needed documentation to get reimbursed by accident insurance. The staff in Corpus Christi were useless & clueless. I finally got some documentation but they generated a new bill & had it listed under an attorney. Had it all messed up. Luckily the billing office knew what they were doing & helped out. So the 3 stars apply to the Corpus branch.

The entire staff at Memorial MRI & Diagnostic on Campbell Road was professional, efficient, and thorough!! More particular, Ms. Kathy in the Women's Center continues to exceeds expectation withe exception customer service from end to end. For these reasons, I will always select Memorial MRI & Diagnostic to serve my imaging needs. Thank you for providing a memorable experience.

I don't usually give the highest accolades you can give because there is usually always something that can take the experience down a notch or two. And saying that, I did have to wait longer than I should have. I was starting to get a little annoyed until the lady that was before me came into the changing room. She was so happy & thankful that the tech that helped her was so nice & patient & truly helped her get through her MRI experience. Seeing that actually helped me. So it was my turn, right at shift change. So it went from Ceasar to Joe. There was a lady, too, I think her name was Mara, or Marla...? Anyway, they both were very nice, super patient, & seemed to understand that I was in pain. I am not good with MRI machines. I have literally kicked & screamed to get out of one. I have cried like a little girl. This was an open MRI, so that was a good start. Joe said they were gonna put me in feet first, which was another thumbs up from me. Once I got in there, I think it took about 45 minutes. Joe & Mara got me on my feet & sent me on my way. It was probably the easiest & best MRI experience I have ever been through. So thank you, Memorial MRI & Diagnostic!

I was so impressed with my visit. Everyone was very friendly, I was seen on time, and my provider took excellent care of me. Also, my surrounding don't usually affect me, but the waiting room and the exam room felt very homey, and just put me at ease. I highly recommend them.

My sister Kathy is autistic and can become quite anxious when having medical procedures of any sort, however when it comes to Memorial MRI, they have always been very accommodating, patient, attentive and easy with her. I have nothing but good things to say for Memorial MRI and staff.

I interacted with 3 people at the Katy location. First was the guy who took your temp and made sure your disinfected your hands. the was very nice. Then the young lady who checks you in. She was lovely, so friendly and professional and made you feel welcome. Then the young lady who did scan - she was just as lovely, friendly and professional.
