VERY PROFESSIONAL HIT A HINT OF HUMOR. DOWN TO EARTH, SAYS IT AS IT IS, AND VERY SMART. DON'T TRY TO FOOL HIM, HE KNOWS. I HAVE BEEN SEEING HIM FOR OVER 5 YEARS, NOT ONE HINT OF DISAPPOINTMENT.

Dr. Mitchell is an incredible doctor. Whoever answered the calls is the absolute WORST person to talk to though. Constantly interrupting me. Would never let me fully explain what I was calling for. Rude when responding. Most of her answers were “call back later.” She was the same person who I spoke with when I was first released from the hospital. She sounded genuinely upset that I would call so soon. Even though I was instructed to do so by the staff at the hospital. I told her my hair was falling out and I need to talk to someone. Her response was “so stop taking the medicine!!” I call back after two weeks only to deal with the same person and have gotten no where. Go in person. She hung up on me when I asked what time I should call back

Dr Mitchell diagnosed me with pancreatic cancer in June of 2018. It turned out to be stage 3. I am currently still kickin’ and thriving as of Sept 2020! Without his expert advise and sending me to the best professionals, I would not be here today. My cancer is not cured but I am handling it well. I will always be thankful for his caring, expert advice . Thank you for life, Dr Mitchell!!

I have yet to meet with the doctor but the staff is so lovely, especially Jennifer (I didn’t get the other names, I’m sorry!). Every encounter with an employee offered excellent communication and extraordinary customer service. Thank you for all that you guys do under such immense pressure.

Wow, same office, apparently the Doctors are listening with and dealing with Pharmacy Sales Reps. I have been there. I used to work for several Psychiatrists. The drug sales people would always bring the best food to take care of the doctor's. If patients needed help, they basically let us office folks try to take care of Psychiatrict patients.

This was my 1st visit so I got in early to do intial paperwork. The lady at reception was RUDE to say least ,like she was bothered that I showed up early. She says I was HER 9oclock , excuse me but I ain't your anything I'm not there to see you . She asked me rudely again for my driver's license and insurance and list of medications, but then changed her mind and said Go ahead and sit down and I'll call you back. These Doctors run a shady business overbooking to charge insurance companies more money. When did being a Doctor become a business priority over a human being health????

I arrived early for my appointment to fill out the paperwork the lady up front seemed that she was bothered that I was there she did not greet me with a good morning was rude proceeded to ask me for my driver's license insurance and list of medications then change her mind and told me rudely to go sit down and that she would call me back The lady at the front desk is the first line of personnel that a patient sees at this doctor's office not a good experience at all
