Marissa at the front desk gave me the most awful service of my life. She was scrolling through her phone on Instagram and was agitated at any question I had to try and get checked in. Worst costumer service experience of my life. I was seeking medical attention and she made it a miserable nightmare. I highly suggest not going here.
Dedicated group of professionals that do a great job taking care of you. I was brought back and seen quickly.
We've had to visit TLC twice this month and have been very happy with our care both times. We highly recommend them.
I highly recommend TLC Complete Care from the time you walk in the door to going to the patient area to seeing the nurses and doctors they are all amazing. They got me all rehydrate again and gave me the meds I was needing . Thank you so much again for the great care you provide for me. Cheryl Williams
My son was seen by Dr. Kretschmann on Sunday, June 13th at 11pm for his high grade fever 104.1°. After examining my son he couldn't find the source as to why he was experiencing a fever. UA was performed, blood work was not recommended and I had to deny a covid test because it was an additional $90. Walgreens perform free covid testings, so no need to waste my money. You can also grab a box of Binax Now (covid test) at Walmart for $19. Receptionist's exact words were 'doctors quote is $276" before we were even seen. Last time I went to this clinic my total bill (uninsured) was $160 which included a flu test and x-rays. My son needed to be treated. We needed to find the cause, so I agreed to pay. Unfortunately Dr. Kretschmann failed to diagnosis my son. After examining my son he concluded it was viral and there was nothing else they could do, but for us to just wait for the fever to subside. I was repeatedly told to come back if my son's fever didn't improve. Why would I come back if there's nothing you can do for me? I'm going to be honest, the moment I saw Dr. Kretschmann I had a bad gut feeling. I went to my son's PCP (primary care physician) the next morning at 9am and he was diagnosed with strep throat. My PCP made certain of his diagnosis. He explained the signs and symptoms to watch out for and showed me my son's throat. Red dots behind throat and white pus on tonsils is an indication of STREP. Dr. Kretschmann checked my son's throat. Perhaps he's visually impaired ... But he checked my son's throat and failed to diagnosis. If only he had caught this and prescribed us antibiotics and a steroid my son wouldn't have to wait hours to feel relief. Also my PCP recommended blood drawn to be done because 'it doesn't hurt to see if there's something else that may be going on'. Dr. Krestschmann did not recommend this. There was no need for it he said. Emergency room doctors have a reputation of being unintelligent ... I didn't believe it til I met Dr. Kretschmann. Literally a waste of money and time.
Profits over People-Money over Medical CareUpdate: I'm so sorry you are not "disturbed", I still am. I asked for a return call immediately and was called back today 1/7/21, 8 days after making the request. After asking my daughter more about her experience to guide her on what's acceptable when paying for a service and what is not, she shared she was in the waiting area for about 2 hours 15 mins + and put in the hall for another 1.5 +hours (and mind you I called at about 9:00 pm). I'm sure you can look at your cameras to verify. She also said that she overheard your staff talk about a family of 5 who had come in for care. Apparently, they did not have insurance so your unprofessional staff talked about what that would cost after they left the desk almost insinuating it may be too expensive. The more I ask, the more I grow disgusted. Your rude nurse in charge who told me "she understood, she would be mad, she could relate, she has kids", and what I shared below barely gave my daughter the respect or mind you apology and help she needed when she walked out with paperwork and didn't offer to open the door seeing she was on crutches because I called to ask what was going on. I will be calling you but will share for others to beware. TLC is more concerned with holding on to patients for profits knowing full well they did not have enough help. I get it, I truly do however... let people make those decisions to wait for hours on end and don't selfishly keep them to pad your pocket! After calling to check on the status of my daughter's care concerned she had been there 4 hours 15 minutes and only had a nurse visit her, I was told by Sarina "she could leave if she wanted". I guess that's how you take care of your patients after they question your office ethics. The charge nurse gets on the phone after my request and says "we have 6 rooms and she's still 2-3 patient from being seen and we will get to her as soon as possible and we are discouraged from telling patient just how long it will take" after questioning why this happened. The math given the number of rooms didn't add up for the excessive waitand no communication. Was it because she's a teenager, she didn't complain or you saw others ignoring she needed care too?! Miraculously, she gets seen by the dr. within 5 mins after my call, gets 9 (3 vitamins) prescriptions for everything she's tested negative for so I'm confused and have no confidence in the care and diagnosis she received. I guess after the charge nurse agrees with me she then decided to hand the paper to my daughter with no apology or offer to help her since she is on crutches from a reconstructive foot surgery. I asked charge nurse for a manager to please call me, I guess she also was too busy or it wasn't important enough even though she wasn't at the facility. NEVER WILL RETURN or recommend this place and would highly consider Premier on Saratoga over this place any day! I have never had an issue at Premier nor anyone I have recommended and I made a terrible mistake agreeing she go there. Pictures to follow as some reviews are exaggerated and not truthful, not the case for this one. I will make sure to share on every social media platform to warn others of your selfish greedy business practices! And remember the vow you took when going into this profession, shame on you!
This facility calls themselves Urgent care but say they are an emergency room and you have to pay the high co pay VS urgent care co pay . My urgent care co pay is 35$ and my ER co pay is 700 I would have to pay 700 $ . These places are scams and just want your money !!! It's best to wait to see your primary care physician, but sometimes it's an emergency you can't because it's the weekend! So we're forced to get scammed !!
I went here when I had COVID and the staff was amazing! I was not feeling my best and they gave me meds and helped me through the experience!
Such a great experience in such a scary time. The staff was so friendly and informative. Dr. Wagner was so great and comforting. Will always use this location if ever needed again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
