I initially loved this doctor and gave her five stars. I thought she was thorough and really cared and did all of my labs. Since then it has been terrible. She is impossible to get in for a sick visit. I had what I thought was a UTI. They tried to schedule me three weeks out. If I truly would’ve had a UTI I would’ve been dead of sepsis by then. They just refer you to the walk-in clinic. The last straw was having autoimmune disease and Covid for 10 days and them still refusing to see me. Terrible practice go anywhere else if you want good patient care. It’s a cattle call and they’re overbooking patients and that’s all they care about. They don’t care about individuals or your health

This woman stopped seeing a 78 year old patient because she asked for an antibiotic. She was experiencing sinus infection symptoms and the doctor refused to see her in person and sent a letter to her address stating that she would no longer be her physician.

I just relocated back to town and I was referred to doctor Janick. A family member referred me stating she shows compassion and cares about her patients. I really like her as my primary physician. If you looking for a good doctor Janick is the one. I like her!😊
