Went to visit a friend...Don't take your loved one here.... They will be treated like a criminal! As well as anyone visiting them. They are so hard up for help, the recepctionists' face is covered in tattoos.... Yes...her face. Is this a nursing home or a halfway house?! Pathetic.FYI....the other reviews are obviously written by employees

Every staff member that we ever dealt with truly cares about the people that they care for daily. In my early years I worked at a nursing home and it was just a paycheck for most of the people working there. So sad! Made me change my mind about that kind of work but I have seen a lot of heart and love at Epic. It is truly like one big family. I would recommend them to others looking for someone to help take care of your loved ones.

Professional medical staff. CNA very helpful with the resident's needs. CLEAN......but like any facility, you must visit these facilities other than once a year. You cannot expect your loved one to be taken care of 100% and you don't check. Visit them at different times, different days, etc. and see how each shift operates. We're all human and make mistakes. Check on your loved ones and voice your concerns and ask questions. This facility WILL work with you.
