I feel like the doctors here always do a very thorough examination. The front office staff and nurses are always very nice.

I stumbled upon this Urgent Care when I was sick back in October, and I just left there again and this place IS AWESOME! By far, the BEST place I have ever found. Definitely a diamond treasure to find such amazing caretakers (nurses, doctors & staff). Everyone is so friendly and they treat you like family, especially Nurse Krystal. I have yet to find a better, kinder nurse that legitimately treats you like family.... Krystal has been so so so good to me and I have also seen her and how she treats other patients, she treats them just like her own! Tonight, I walked in and immediately asked for Krystal, and sure enough, she was there! She’s an extreme hard worker and truly cares for her patients. I feel like Krystal is part of my family! Crosby is so lucky to have such an amazing nurse like Krystal! Thank you, Krystal for always showing up and working hard for your needy, extra annoying patients like me! On top of wonderful staff, the place has always been clean and very inviting. I am so extra thankful for such a nice place so close to home!! By far, I would say, if you need anything, come here and request Krystal 💖💖💖

I’m not sure how this medical clinic got a 2.8 rating. Literally had a bit of a different experience. Here’s the thing, I get it most people don’t know what their insurance covers. I honestly wouldn’t have came here if I didn’t call my insurance prior to my arrival. I was force to take my son to have a COVID test here due to him being sick and having COVID like symptoms at school. I’m not going to lie this whole virus has kept me on edge but when I came to this clinic it was a total breeze. Staff was so polite and so sweet. Down right to the doctor on duty. She was very concerned with my sons asthma history as this virus attacks the respiratory system. I mean most places you’d wait a couple days to retrieve results and this clinic was able to do my sons Covid test and the next day results were in and it was negative. I was so thankful to this clinic. I get it we’re in a pandemic and honestly HATS OFF to all healthcare workers in the frontline risking their life daily. It’s not easy going to work knowing you could get affected. I love this urgent care and I really appreciate this clinic very much. This is a Thank you for all you do.

Called ahead of time and the receptionist was short and a bit inattentive. I came to request a covid test. Not for them to examine me, not for them to get my medical history, and definitely not to speak to a doctor. They did all these things without my knowledge so that i be charged for a office visit. This is a practice known as 'Padding the bill'. If this is how they wish to conduct business then I will not be returning. Go to Walgreens or CVS to get tested. At least you wont be charged for walking in their store.

So far so good! Came in for covid test. 1 hour wait.

Go anywhere else but here—horrible front office staff. They immediately wanted to test me for covid before even knowing my symptoms beforehand. They kept pushing to get the free covid test, and then while leaving, I asked for a doctor's note for work. They told me I would not be getting a doctor's to note because I rejected the covid test, and all that was done was a strep test and prescription for medications and that not consider a doctor visit. Then she began trying to push the covid test again, saying that it would include a doctor note. I end up being negative while going to another urgent care and I had a sinus infections .

So..... even though I had to go twice because the 1st time the people that "attended" me were completely useless; (Alex- nurse) and whatever so called Dr was there Sept. 8th , I gotta give this place 5 STARS FOR MY 2ND VISIT!!! First time I went, I was told I was not a "priority" after simply asking how long my wait would be after waiting for over an hour. After all that was given some over the counter medication, really???? Come the following day, im in pain and after much hesitatation I decided to go again even after my horrible experience the day prior. **Thank God I went again. This time Krystal and Dr. Che were there!! Let me tell you, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! A HUGE thank you to Krystal for actually caring about me as a patient and simply being kind and empathetic with my situation at the time. Krystal went above and beyond for me and actually made me a priority!!! Krystal and Dr. Che are the only reason I would ever go back to this Urgent Care!!! Thanks again yall!!!!!

They give false positives on corona test, not sterile testing, rude office staff. Will never go here again. Office staff even admitted to having Faldo positives like it was no big deal!
