Great experience! Receptionist was nice, not tons of paperwork to fill out, got to the back quickly. All of the nurses were nice and thorough. Dr. Bellan was great! He was very thorough and had a great bedside manner! Of course, hope we don't have to come back soon for anything else... but if we do, we're definitely coming back here.

Nobody wants to go to a doctor, but when you have to go, you want it to be a great experience. I was so pleased with AFC's staff, service, and treatment. This morning I pulled a muscle while working out. I took some IB Proferin and hoped I would feel better as the day progressed. Around 4pm I decided to go to AFC to get checked out. The second I entered I was treated very well. The reception was super friendly and helpful. I was very happy that my co-pay was only $20.00. I saw a very nice, professional doctor (Dr. Phill) in a short amount of time. I explained to him how I injured myself and he asked lots of questions and was thorough in my diagnosis. I did not feel rushed and I was appreciative that he did not run a million unnecessary tests (x-rays, blood work, etc) because he was knowledgeable in his exam. He explained what I had, my treatment plan, and other important information. Over the last few years my husband and I have gone to different quick cares in the area. I can honestly say that the care and service I received was the best at AFC. Hopefully we won't need to return, but if we do, we are grateful that we have such a close, professional, and caring medical establishment that we can go to.

I had to take my husband to the AFC Urgent Care on Barker Cypress. They were great. The lady at the front and the nurse were so nice and professional. We saw Dr. Bellan. He was very knowledgeable and caring. We would definitely recommend this place and will be back.

This place is amazing. We came in with a very sick little girl. The Dr. was great with her. She was kind of scared and he really calmed her down. Her fever was high all day and I called them as it was making us nervous. The doctor was on the phone with me in less than 5 minutes! He gave us more instructions and really helped to calm our nerves! This is our new go-to urgent care. I can't think them enough!!

These guys are absolutely the sweetest! Everyone from check-in to check out. They are very welcoming, and the doctor couldn't have been sweeter. Definitely coming back :)

I'm hardly ever ill so I don't have a PCP. I have been here a few times for the common cold and an allergic reaction. Every time I go it's fast, friendly and professional. I've been seen by both the MD and FNP. As an advanced practice nurse myself (CRNA) I can say that the entire team is knowledgeable and professional. I won't be going anywhere but here! I mean, what more could you ask for! I'd give 6 stars if I could

I had a fireworks accident where I severely burned my arm, neck, and face. I went into this location and they took great care of me. I just walked in and was greeted right away and my wife filled out paperwork. In under a minute I was already in a room and right after the doctor and nurse came in and took care of me. I was in a little bit of pain but they made it as pain free as possible and everything was done effeciently. Thanks everyone at afc cypress! :)

I needed to go in to do a regular checkup and it was a great overall experience! Great customer service and was helped as soon as I entered. Would recommend to everyone!

Great experience! Didn't think they would take my insurance because most places don't around me, but they do! Very clean inside. Got in and out super quick, everyone was super nice and I loved the NP i saw, Sharell. Will definitely be coming back!
