Overcharges and makes it really difficult to get refunds. They won't look at family deductibles, so even if you have met your family deductible they will charge you full price if you have not met your individual one. Getting them to refund is really difficult- number to call is really hard to find and then you have to call multiple times to get the refund to go through (if you attempt, be sure to record all the details for your call so you can tell them something when you inevitably call again to complain you never got the refund). Went down the street to Excel and they were able to charge me the correct amount based on my family deductible.

Fast and solid service. Very nice staff and nurse assistant, and very knowledgeable doctor who gave me insight on how to take my medications for bronchitis and an upper respiratory infection. Very satisfied with the visit!

Fastest 75 bucks I ever spent! Went in for partial hearing loss after surgery. Had a girl screaming my name and birthday in my face! Said my ears were clear and showed me the exit!! Nothing..turns out I actually had fluid on both ears and just needed Allegra D or something of the like. I gave this clinic a 2nd chance too! Never coming back here.
