He is a horrible doctor and extremely unprofessional. It was the first time I saw him because Dr. Debrock was booked up and now I see why. I needed to sign a paper and he had me waiting for an hour and a half and stood out in the hallway talking to nurses until I had to ask him to come in and he said "I'll be there when I'm ready." He should not have a job and is honestly THE WORST not even doctor but just an inconsiderate person. I would NEVER GO TO HIM OR EVEN RECOMMEND HIM TO WORST ENEMY. To top it off, he gave me the wrong amount of prescription.

Dr. Ermac is a knowledgeable and compassionate person who I’ve seen for various issues over the years. Reading the negative reviews that are allocating things like long wait times and the doctor not quickly appearing in the room etc. to the doctor’s performance…ignorance on their part. Thanks Dr Ermac for all your help and direction!

Dr. Ermac is an awesome doctor. This review is not about him personally. He has been my PCP for 17 years. However, HSE was taken over by Village Medical. The staff has become rude and very non-responsive to phone calls/messages. I have an HMO. If you need a referral, forget it. Referrals go through their corporate office. WHY? If you get a response within a week, you are lucky. I have just gone to a new PCP. One of the most efficient medical offices I have been to. SO LONG VILLAGE MEDICAL. I'll miss you Dr. Fred.

I highly recommend Dr. Ermac as a top-notch general practitioner.

Dr. Ermac makes you feel like he has all the time in the world for you. I feel like he actually cares about me & my well-being. Anyone I have referred to him has really liked him. The office staff isn't the best, but they have gotten better recently. It was ridiculous how you used to call and the phone would ring literally forever; now they have a new phone system that seems to be better.

Extremely disappointed in Dr. Ermac and his staff. Does not show up to appointments on time or even within reasonable time. Does not return calls. Half the time their phone lines are down. Yet we are suppose to trust him with our health? His negligence has cost my family financial and emotional distress.
