Aspire Houston Fertility Institute's Online Review Report Card

It is super difficult to reach anyone from their office. They have a common phone number and there is no direct phone number to Cypress office. We chose this clinic mainly because it is near to Cypress. But they made us visit multiple offices in Houston (Downtown, Westheimer road..). They do not have egg retrieval or embryo transfer in their facility. You have to do that in Piney Point Surgery Center. It is 40 miles away from Cypress. Also their billing is so complex (Prelude Network, Patientnotebook, vivere health ....) Their online chat is waste of time. They have some kind of super poor chatgpt kind of chat tool. It asks the same 3 questions again and again. Also, it is super difficult to meet the doctor. We might have made 20-25 visits. We met the doctor at the max 5 times. Most of the check-ups are done by the nurse. The above review is purely about aspire and not about the doctor. Our doctor Dr. Kemi Nurudeen was wonderful. She was very positive and did a fantastic job. Area of improvement * Dedicated phone number and operator for Cypress office. * Bring all the facilities to the Cypress office. * Make sure the nurse responds to voicemail immediately. * Fix the billing issues. * Make sure the doctor meets the patient directly and answer their question. Right now we have to ask our questions to nurse. She will again check with the doctor and responds via message.

Dr. Mazen Abdullah made our dreams come true. He along with his staff are the reason why my wife and I are able to start our family and accomplish everything we ever wanted. From our first day there to our last, they made us feel like family. That seemed impossible going in as it was a clinic filled with doctors and nurses. Everyday on this journey seemed like a battle, but everyday we were reassured that it would all be okay. I owe everything to this clinic and its people. If you are looking for a clinic, look no further. You can trust these people with your needs and they will do everything they can to deliver on their promise.

If you’ve gone through fertility treatments you know how expensive it is, how stressful it is and how emotional it can be. I’d like to thank the financial counselors, especially Kerrigan and Selika. As well as Ms. Breedlove who’s over the business office. They’ve been nothing short of amazing and patient with me. I thank God that they’ve helped me through the toughest thing my husband and I have ever experienced. Thank you Aspire Fertility for these ladies.

Horrible front desk staff! Won’t answer phone calls and rude and belligerent receptionist. I’ve transferred offices because of the unprofessionalism. Please stay away. There are a lot better places than this place.

The negative reviews for this location are spot on. I would give this location zero stars if possible. This office is extremely unprofessional and needs training on how to treat patients. The front desk girl is rude and condescending. I had an appt today at 8:00. You would think they would call me the day prior if they had any questions about my appt which I explained about in detail when I made the appt. They called me half an hour before my appt asking what the appt was for and to call them back asap so they could verify insurance. I tried to do so to no avail since their office doesn’t open until 8. I arrived at 8 to sign in and the front desk girl wouldn’t stop hounding me about what treatment I wanted to proceed with. I told her I didn’t know since we still needed results back from my husband’s visit which is in two weeks. She wouldn’t stop pestering me since they needed to verify it for insurance. I told her I was just here for blood work and nothing else. Everyone in the office was taken back and seen before me. I asked the front desk girl how long it was going to take since I had work and this appt was only supposed to take 15 minutes. She said a while since they needed to verify insurance which they should have done beforehand since they had my husband’s information and he’s a current patient. She said they tried calling me and I said you called me half an hour before the appt and didn’t answer when I called back. I tried to tell her I had to leave for work soon and she said I should have done my paperwork beforehand. I said I would’ve if I had receive it but I hadn’t before coming in. It was excuses after excuses without any apologies for messing up or having an attitude. She then said I was being rude and I told her no you’re being rude to me. She finally tries to collect my copay after calling me rude. I told her I’m done with this location since I don’t appreciate being yelled at and walked out. The doctor that we saw was nice and professional but I would never come back to this location because of the poor treatment from the receptionist. I called when I left and made a new appt for the Willowbrook location and had my husband switch over too. Good riddance!

The Cypress Aspire HFI practice is wonderful! The nursing team is incredibly caring, professional, and attentive, and the facility is nice. I saw Dr. Abdallah for treatment and cannot thank him enough for his care. He took time to fully explain treatment options, procedures, and results. He has great bedside manner during procedures. Highly recommend this team for your IVF needs!
