My wife and I were very pleased by Dr Hoefer's service to us. He is a kind and patient man. We are heartbroken that he is retiring and wish him the very best.

We have been seeing Dr. Hoefer the last few years. He takes the time to listen to concerns and we never feel rushed. The wait to get in to see him has been reasonable. It is very convenient that they can do the blood work upstairs at their office so you don't have to go elsewhere.

We needed a referral for hospice for my brother and they said since they have not seen him since 2018 he needed to come in. We explained to them that he was on a ventilator and life support and could not be transported. Needless to say they denied it and so we were not able to use a wonderful service. Unfortunately he passed away that same day. This office should be ashamed about the way the handled this and I would never refer anyone to them.

I went in for a yearly checkup, my husband recommended him. It was impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone to make an appointment. When I pointed out the issue in the office, they said "just use the chat feature now that you are a patient." The Dr. hardly examed me, then after I told him all of my concerns (which had nothing to do with female anatomy) he said "Just to let you know, I don't do women stuff, I find it gross" wth? right then and there I should have walked out but I didn't, I just sat there feeling ashamed. I let him continue on with whatever he was saying while his words just echoed in my head. Then I received our bill and they charged us for erroneous things such a surgery, I didn't have surgery, neither did my husband. Why are they billing my insurance company for it 3 times in one day? Also, who can have surgery in a 30-minute visit? They also charged me twice for the medical exam, and it isn't like oops the same charge it's two distinctly different charges.
