Four years I have been using Excel Urgent Care and they have never disappointment me. I am 71 with multiple health issues and find that it is easier to get quick diagnostics to send to my doctors near Rice and at MD Anderson—I live north of Hempstead, over one hour away from my specialists. Today's visit was with Dian Hughes ENP-C, FNP-C. She was professional, thorough and compassionate. My Wife and I have seen Jorge Valencia, MD multiple times. Like Dian he was thorough, thinking outside the box and concerned to give me a correct diagnosis. With the inherent topsy-turvy limitations all urgent care providers have, Excel, in my opinion, does a great job. Give them a raise!

The appointment was ok. I called back this morning to see if they had my lab results. They said they did and the doctor should call me back within the hour. They never called back. Waited old day. Disappointed.

I was afforded excellent care at the Cypress Urgent Care Center today. I was seen timely, triaged, interviewed and a recommended treatment was initiated. An IV hydration therapy, IV medicine and I was good as new. The medical assistant was exceptional and made sure I was comfortable. Thanks Urgent Care 👍

Absolutely love this place!!! No appointment necessary and I’ve never had to wait very long. The staff is SO nice and empathetic. Such a refreshing change from experiences in the past. The waiting room and exam rooms are clean. I highly recommend Excel Urgent Care!

I use Excel Urgent Care sometimes instead of my PCP because it is easier and quicker to get in to see a medical professional. I have never been disappointed in their care and service.
