Everyone was great

From the minute we entered HCA Houston Healthcare Cypress, everyone was friendly, helpful, and treated us like we were honored guests. The pre-op medical staff, 4th floor nurses, and PT/OT were so kind and caring. Thank you all for a job well done.

Nurse Maya was awesome! Great care at this facility. Dr Leiva also was amazing amongst staff as well

My nurse was pretty awesome. Unfortunately, the charge nurse wouldn’t let my other half sty the night in my room. It makes no sense at all. I’m not from here and was forced to stay overnight. I’m really disappointed in how they are running things here. It’s too expensive to have to stay in a hospital overnight not to let your significant other stay to comfort you.No starts from this girl.

Worst hospital ever! Had a ct scan and x ray done waited 6 hours for the nurse to come in and say we are free to go. No doctor ever came in to talk about the results. And she couldn't answer any of our questions. Doctor's were seeing patients in the waiting room which I thought HIPAA rules you should have privacyNever ever again would we go there!

I am so impressed with this hospital,the staff my nurses and the Food!! Is really good I was shocked because most hospital food isn't so great.aBut this food is excellent!!! My stay here has been excellent and one of the best hospital s I have ever been too I feel blessed these nurses and doctors and housekeeping it's excellent and I really appreciate a ll my care everything i received here.Everyone is so nice and everything is as it should be,so professional and clean.If only other hospital s were run this way

Appreciate the night crew that took care of me so helpful and patient with me I wished I could remember all their names to thank everyone personally but I do remember one her name was Cinthia and she was great if I had to go back it would definitely be at theis hospital. I haven't been admitted into the hospital in about 40 years. I had a great experience here and the nurses were awesome!! Very caring, concerned, and tentive to all my needs. I know most are ready to check out fast, but tbh i didnt mind staying longer if i had to. Hats off to Maria, Kem, Whitney, Jenavieve, Mila, Teresita, and rest of staff for your kindness and care. I will never forget it! Not to mention, we were able to watch the Astros advance to the World Series in my room!! Woohoo!!!

The staff is awesome. I want to give a big shout out to some of the nurses and assistants . on the 6th floor 🎉🎈🎊 to RN:Sam she always has a smile on her face she . Doesn't let any circumstances stop her from being herself and the great person that she is you can tell by her care that she loves her job and she cares for the patients.CNA:Alero she's very attentive to her patients always comes in to say hello before she starts her shift hard-working woman. She never had a problem answering my call light and helping me in the shower and changing my sheets all these little small details mini might say she's not doing much but she did she did a lot for me.RN:Mr. Mo always checked up on me I made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain he even changed both of my mid lines without a problem I was scared cuz I'm a hard stick but he did that like a piece of cakeTo RN:MR Blake Ms Stacy and MS Susan a from ICU. Took care of me on my first days of this sickness I have thank you for everything y'all did for me
