I went to this location on a Sunday as they had x-ray services available. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I received prompt service and the facility was very clean. I would definitely recommend.

We have been using the Memoral Hermann GoHealth at Spring Valley for a couple of years now and have been SO happy with them, but I needed a place closer to our new home. I was reluctant to try a new location (Grant Road), fearful that we wouldn't have the same great staff and wonderful physicians. My fear was IMMEDIATELY put to ease when I walked into the Grant Road location. Everyone was SO incredibly kind, helpful, punctual and welcoming. I loved that the nurse & PA listened carefully to me, never treating me like we were on a time schedule, and was kindly respectful of my wishes when it came to treatment. If I could make them my Primary Care Provider, I would in a heartbeat!!!

I would give them a zero star if I could ,I showed sometime in October 2023 and the nurse who saw me was really unprofessional. I had a billing query and they sent my bill to collections when they told that they won't do it as the bill is disputed and someone will get back to me ,no one ever got back ,infant I called them 3 times to ask about what is happening and today I get to know they sent my bill to collections. I would never come here again !

My husband took our toddler after he finished up antibiotics for an ear infection and some of the symptoms persisted. The doctor told my husband there was a lot of wax in his ears and to get something from cvs to clean wax and Zyrtec. Even went so far as to say our son's ear was probably hurting because of the wax. Fast forward we go to pcp and his dr says there's some wax, "let's clear it out so I can get a good look." Our baby has double ear infection that is a direct result of the dr here lack of thoroughness (or knowledge). There was also a front desk person that was selective on who she greeted and how. My husband even addressed it with her and she downplayed it as being busy when he walked in.
