The doctor was amazing love her but the lady at the desk and the nurse who seen my daughter in the back was plane rude they warrant, friendly or nice they don't even make you feel welcomed. The nurse was very nonchalant and also really rough when taking my daughter's temperature through her mouth. She barely did the Covid test or the stripped throat test seems like she wasn't worried at all and just rushing trying to get out of the room. It was horrible. Wouldn't come here again, but like I said, the doctor was amazing.

I had an accident at work as soon I was rolled in on a wheelchair I felt like I was fixed up already. Daniela and Ivan are so amazing at what they do. Definitely recommend!!!

We have been using the Cypress location for several years and we have always had a great experience. Christina Taylor, PA is extremely knowledgeable, and takes time to listen to patients needs/concerns. The online appointment scheduling and check in process also help to minimize wait time.

Had a great appointment with Christina Taylor, PA & Jamie. They were very accommodating especially the employee at the front desk. I would advise anyone to schedule an appointment thru their website and/or app so you don't have to wait too long in person even if they accept walk-ins. Would come back! 5/5

Only reason for two star instead of one star was all the staff was very nice. However after checking in online, and receiving the message to head to clinic. It was well over an hour before I was seen. There was one other person in waiting room. A lot of was money spent here and to be waiting so long is very inconvenient and frustrating. Won't be back.
