Josh and his team are such a gem to our community Josh is so caring, kind, and patient. He recently saw my 92yo mum and took his time to listen to her concerns and health issues. He and his team go above and beyond to make sure you get the treatment you need. He literally saved my life by sending me immediately to the ER for a severely abscessed tonsil that was obstructing my airway. Much respect and love for this place

Only place I go to. Never any waiting time and the doctor is great! Feels like they are not overprescribing my kids with antibiotics like our normal GP.

We love right choice!! We have used them several times and have had the best experience each time. Our most recent visit was for 7 stitch across the eyebrow for our 6 year old. They were so quick to help us! NP Josh is so great with kids, and did an amazing job on the stitches (I wish i had a before pic bc it was a huge gash)! We highly recommend them!! Amazing staff, service, and all around experience every single time!!

This place made me cry today. I took my mum that was complaining of chest pains and was directed by her doctor to go to the nearest urgent care. This place would not even as much as take her blood pressure or even come over the desk to evaluate her. They instead rejected her and told me to go the emergency room as they are not equipped to take care of her. No one even came over the desk to even take a look at her. Horrible experience! My mother is a retired nurse and told them to at least perform an EKG but they blatantly refused and told us to leave. I wonder if that would have been the case were we a different skin tone. I guess we will never know.

Everyone was very nice during the visit but their billing office is a little sketchy. My plan has copays for UC visits and the charges me that copay but after the visit they filed the claim with separate test(COVID and flu) not as part of the visit and charged me an extra $150 for the visit. I've been to other UC with the same plan and they include the test as part of the visit, and I don't have an extra charge. Not that what they do is illegal but it's not in the best interest for the patient. They are just trying to get more money from either us or your insurance. Definitely not ethical.

Super friendly staff and quick but not rushed service. NP Josh swabbed his own nose and throat to show my son it would be no big deal. And the doc was very knowledgeable and kind. We’ll definitely be back next time we need urgent care - which seems to be more than we need the pediatrician these days.

I visited Right Choice this past weekend with acute chest pain and was certain I was having a heart attack. The lady at the front desk checked me in quickly and helped me to calm down. She even sat with me in the lobby until I was able to see the NP. I can't say enough about the great experience I had here. What a wonderful addition to our growing community.
