Sergio Perossa's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Perossa started seeing my adult son late June. Due to a medical issue, I was included in my son's treatment. Let me just say, Dr. Perossa is an EXCEPTIONAL doctor. He does not believe in that "hot, fast, and cheap," office visit. Dr. Perossa takes as much time as needed to make sure he knows everything that's going on with you and develop a treatment plan. He will order an many blood tests as needed. More importantly, he is humble enough to tell you when something is outside of his medical expertise; but rest assure, he will make sure he refers you to an expert in that field. His nurses/med techs are extremely nice. Dr. Perossa's bedside manners are exemplary. I would be willing to pay out-of-pocket for Dr. Perossa's service if I did not have insurance. If you are looking for an amazing Internal Medicine doctor, do yourself a favor and contact Dr. Perossa's office.

My wife made an appointment two weeks ago so we came to see the doctor today and even with the appointment we had to wait for long hours also when she went inside to see him she had to wait for another one long hour and 40 minutes!!! THIS IS A JOKE FOLKS, so when the Doctor finally shows up he did it with a REALLY BAD APTITUDE. We ended up leaving without completed the examination because the doctor was rude, unprofessional, racist and let me explain you why racist, my wife asked him nicely if he was a Spanish speaker and his answer was ( Do you speak ITALIAN?) Mr. Sergio a simple yes or no would have being sufficient. what a bad experience OMG.

Horrible experience! I waited two weeks for this Appointment and I arrived on time and I had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for the doctor to see me! But before the doctor finally got in the room, I went out to see why the doctor was taking so long and one of the nurses, i think she was a nurse told me that it was normal to wait 1 hour 30 minutes there! But really what happened was that the doctor was treating someone else before me and it was not their turn! A nurse told me this! Then when finally the doctor enters the room is with an attitude or better said is that he didn't care and starts reading the notes of the questions that the nurse or assistant had asked me previously and begins to say ohh There are many problems here and asks me what i wanted to talk about first (It was like he didn't want to deal with it) And then I asked him if he spoke Spanish to be able to explain myself better because I'm not good with medical terms in English, to which he answered me asking if I spoke Italian because he was Italian! After I saw his horrible attitude, I stood up and told him that i had decided not to be treated by him and i apologized for the waste of time, (Me being nice because it was them who wasted my time) which he responded with silence! He did NOT say a word! Horrible lack of respect, consideration, empathy and service and This is a DOCTOR! 😡

Excellent doctor over the years and I highly recommend to anyone.

It’s been over a week & I still havnt received my lab results. I was told that he hasn’t reviewed them yet. But yet Quest Labs sent them to me next day. Dr Perossa use to do same. I have several health issues that require lab diagnosis.

Great Communicator, explains clearly and more importantly listens.

Saw him once. Next time having allergy cough. “Not seeing patients with upper respiratory problems. Only virtual”. Two mo later after 4 virtual visits with associates I got rid of cough. Next time they had done dr I did not even know see me. Called yesterday with rash on back “not seeing patients with rashes”. Only virtual I you want to see a dr in person here hope you only have a hangnail!

Dr.Perossa is AMAZING! They are very professional at the office.Quick ,efficient,and clean! Dr Perossa literally saved my husbands life!Thanks to him we were able to find out my husband has a rare brain disease .We were able to get to the specialist we needed!We are so blessed he is our doctor!

He is most patient and observant, pay attention to what he says.

Dr. Perossa is so thorough with his study of each patient. He knows already what is on the chart before he enters the room. He then listens and asks questions. He is much appreciated and a wonderful doctor. Delores Triebel
