Pretty annoyed that they charged over $150 just to read a piece of paper that says “it’s a wart”. Then you can’t leave until you pay “what they estimated” you’ll owe even though you know you’ve met your deductible and only pay 10%. Of course they promise to mail you a check for the difference. So the refund finally shows up, printed and hand signed (probably the reason they need to charge so much to pay the signer) and you can’t even remote deposit it because their printer didn’t print the numbers dark enough, probably because their laser printer needs more toner. So now I have to drive to a bank and try to deposit it. Wont be back.

My 2 y.o. shoe inserts we're wearing out and I came in to get new ones. Office staff were very polite and courteous. Dr Jacobs examined my feet (I had been a patient of retired Dr Sandoval) and had me walk around and share how the prior inserts had been. He chose to repeat the same mold and I picked up 2 weeks later. Awesome doctor. Highly recommend the office.
