Family Care Center - Daingerfield's Online Review Report Card

I had an appointment here today and absolutely love autumn and all other staff!! I highly recommend the family care center in daingerfield, I don't not have not one singe negative thing to say!!! Thank you autumn and all your staff!!

The way this clinic has left the patients of Dr.trimble literally without anyone to care for their needs is so wrong dr.ted Trimble was the most caring and helpful doctor anywhere.i loved him not only as a doctor but as a friend.they could have at least attempted to replace him with someone that comes close to the doctor he was.but instead they put a PA instead of a doctor who can't help and doesn't even try.im told she's not there to replace Dr Trimble .she has patients of her own.you can see if she wants to take you as a patient .No thanks!! I was almost dead when I found Dr Trimble .I'm right there again along with no telling how many more of his patients .So thanks TRMC.its a very sad situation and I know Dr Trimble is missed.he is the only one in your network who cared.

Front office is awesome sweetest ladies ever, this office is in whole 5 star! Autumn Gram is the BEST Nurse practitioner ever. I fell in love with her ability to listen to me as my children’s mother and is always super through. My kids adore her! We drove an hour today to get my 10 year old seen with her for what we thought was pink eye only to realize my grandbaby’s eyes were goopy too so l asked if she could see her as well which she gladly did and turns out she had pink eye and a ear infection too!! I highly recommend this location and all the health care professionals! You just feel at home here!

Since Dr. Trimble is gone everything has gone to SH*T. Autumn REFUSED to see me 2 hours ahead of me having an appointment. Messaged to ask about who they are referring people to only to get told call around by Nurse Lacy as if I haven’t already done that. So the office staff today yells me I hear this about 800 times a day it’s not my fault Dr. Trimble died. Which Dr. Trimble was a very good friend of mine. Very RUDE people since Dr. Trimble left in such a tragic way. Per my Uncle whom is a Dr. I should have gotten refills to give me time to find a new PCP…. I called Titus regional hospital about this hopefully something will be done because I have no blood pressure meds no thyroid meds no diabetic meds and the list goes on…

I'm 51 years old, Dr Trimble is the very best Dr I've ever had, my family happily agrees, they love him too.Always professional and caring, never rushed, he cares alot about his patients well being. The staff is excellent and the office is homey and clean.I'm in Many Louisiana, and it's worth the drive to see a doctor that is so kind and Professional

I found a great Doctor today!!. During my first visit, I found that Dr. Trimble was very personable, friendly and professional. He took his time and listened to everything I had to tell him about my past medical issues. He was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed. His staff was friendly and efficient and the office and examination room were very clean.

Dr. Trimble is a very caring and compassionate and listens to his patients. Dr. Trimble's staff are polite and courteous and caring group of people.

Been seeing Dr Trimble for many years. hated that he moved to Dangerfield in 2018 but I'm willing to drive that 30 plus minutes to keep seeing him. He Loves JESUS and Cares for his Patients. If you have an issue that requires seeing another Dr. well a referral is complete within a week or two. His Staff are Always nice and informative. Awesome Clinic. Thank you All.

Staff was awesome today and got me in and out so quickly. Most important, I got the help that I needed for a muscle sprain. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
