The vibe is fresh, the staff is genuinely kind, and Dr. Carr has this way of making you feel both cared for and totally at ease. Every adjustment feels like hitting the reset button—suddenly I’m moving easier, standing taller, and wondering why I didn’t come here sooner. Bonus points for the welcoming atmosphere—it’s not just a clinic, it’s a place where you actually want to hang out for a bit. They have a welcoming pup name Gracie who makes my day every time I go there. If you’re in Dallas and your back (or your mood) needs a lift, this is the place.

As a chiropractor, I can highly recommend Dr. Carr as THE Chiropractor! Whatever you need, he’s the man! Did I mention they have the best front desk staff? Amanda is nothing short of a living legend!

Dr.Carr and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are very thorough and CARE!! I’ve never walked in and not seen anything but smiling faces and a happy greeting. Beyond the personal touches, the services they provide is well worth it, from adjustments to stretching, massages and back lasers, that’s right lasers, everything is top notch. My back hasn’t felt this good in a long time. 100 out of 10 I would recommend them to anyone!

In all honesty, these guys are a highlight of my week. I look forward to my visits. I feel better when I leave. Gracie is the best office emotional support pup ever. Amanda and Miriam are so kind and genuine. Dr. Carr is just awesome! Theresa is the best stretch therapist. After your massage with Abra, you'll feel like you're on cloud 9 days after! I was terrified of chiropractors at a point in time but this team has truly changed all of that. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I began my journey with chiropractic care as a skeptic based on previous experiences. I have dealt with back pain for over 20 years. Pain meds, mind meds and the like. From day one I was in. The targeted approach based on the X-rays and the honest concern for your success is hands down the best thing I’ve experienced. Two years later and I still have this feeling of pure joy when I leave. I will say it is a journey cause there is no cure for this kind of situation but self care is something we should all be invested in if you truly want to live well. This team is amazing and I highly recommend this treatment. Give it a shot and see for yourself!!

The whole team at Roots Chiropractic Dallas has been amazing. They are professional but also make you feel comfortable almost immediately and are very flexible with scheduling to make sure it fits with my schedule, which I appreciate. They truly care about helping their clients by providing not only the great initial service during my appointment, but also exercises and suggestions to do at home that have both relieved my lower back/hip pain, but also has improved my flexibility. If you are looking for a chiropractor and a team that is all about their clients, this is the right place for you!
