Front office was minimal wait so that’s good. But treatment/actual visit meh. I came for a scalp issue and literally neither the doc nor the assistant looked at my scalp not even a glance. She described a treatment from a foot away. So unless there was special camera somewhere I kinda feel I wasted my money and most importantly my time.

As I have previously stated, I never received a check in the mail. Perhaps the check was stolen and cashed? You claimed that Bank of America issued a check, but I am customer of Bank of America, contacted them, and the check never showed up in ANY of my transactions. You can make all the accusations and excuses you want but it almost took a lawsuit to get the refund you owed me since you a Preferred Provider and wanted to keep the money you overbilled. Don't blame the patient. Don't worry I found another doctor who understands how insurance works.

Staff was wonderful. Appointment was very efficient!

Dr. Adean Kingston and her staff are kind, empathetic and easy to talk to. Came in for scar removal and the progress is great! They were also very accommodating with scheduling during my most recent visit

I travel an hour and a half for Dr. Kingston and have never regretted it! The best dermatologist in the world and so very kind and helpful! She answers all of your questions and makes you feel extremely comfortable!

Dr. Kingston seemed dismissive of the issues I went to get checked out. She said that one of my areas of concern looked like a bug bite scar. I've never had a scar from a bug bite in my life. I mentioned that I had some cancerous concerns and she immediately said well let's cut it out and find out. It seemed pretty inappropriate to respond with that tone and offer to just cut it out and find out. She did use her dermatoscope on one area but I'm not comfortable with the information I received. I will look for someone who I think is actually taking me seriously as a patient. I was uncomfortable the entire time.

Dr. Kingston is still a 5 year physician after all these years. I see her at least twice a year no matter where I live...Dallas, Philly, Dallas again, and now Tulsa. I have never met a more thorough dermatologist and trust my care to her; she's worth the trip. In 2021, I needed surgery to remove a spot/deep tissue that was diagnosed as melanoma and she referred me to an excellent surgeon who also had the best bedside manners. I have never had a negative experience in Dr. Kingston's office and am always treated with respect even though my visits are always for skin screenings versus cosmetic procedures. She can do it all!

She’s the best, smartest and most caring dermatologist I’ve ever been to. Been seeing her for years and she’s always super helpful. I love her!!!! Her team is amazing too!

I love all the women staff, I always feel comfortable. I have been coming for stretch mark layering removals and have been seeing great results. Love Dr. Kingston as she helped me with eczema. One of the best dermatologists in Dallas :)

Dr Kingston and her staff are wonderful. I have been to several dermatologists over the years and none of them have come close to the expertise and excellent care that I received at Dr Kingston’s. I have a fairly complex medical history and I appreciate how careful the entire staff is when choosing the best treatment options for me and explaining how that relates to my other health issues. A++++++++ highly reccomend
