List of Allen Morey Md's Reviews
Excellent Doctor, Excellent Staff, Excellent Facility! I have had two surgery's with Dr. Morrey this year. The first was to correct Pyronies Disease and the second which was today for a Penile Implant due to complications of 4 years of Pyronies Disease. In 6 weeks I will be back in action and my marriage has been saved. I don't normally write reviews, but the nature of this one I must encourage other men whom face like circumstances to get it done and don't wait 4 years like I did to get it done.
Just got done having surgery with dr morrey. Him and his team were great. Everybody was nice as can be. Had a few complications after surgery were i had to go to er and he actually came and checked up on it.
Dr. Morey was awesome! He definitely is very knowledgeable about urology. He repaired a prior urethra reconstruction surgery done by another doctor in another TX hospital. Went through so much unnecessary pain while messing around with local urologist. Thank you Dr. Morey!!
Thank you Dr. Morey. You are the best. Your students are as fortunate as your patients to have you. You have my lasting gratitude and I will always be thankful that you were there when I needed you.
I was treated by Dr Morey by surgery and it was very successful.Dr Morey was very professional and considerate. He did a great job and I could not be happier.I now know the reason he is recommended by so many of his fellow doctors.
Very disappointed with this doctor. At my first visit, I spent all my time with the P.A. Doctor walks in towards the end, spends 2 minutes with the PA and walked out after recommending I do a cystoscopy procedure. I think it must have been the quickest way for them to earn the most money. But I was happy to do the procedure (at the next visit) since I wanted to find out if anything is wrong. During the procedure he barely allowed me to speak or listened to me. Told me everything looked ok. I asked him at the end then why I am I having the symptoms and he did not even seem to know my symptoms!! Hello, did you take the Hippocratic oath? Do you really care about your patients or just money? IMO, no. He recommended I follow-up with the P.A. for 'pelvic pain'. I did not have any pelvic pain, LOL. Staff and P.A., I must say, were excellent.
I was referred to Dr Morey from out of state. Dr Morey called me personally and did a phone consultation with me. His staff arranged everything for my fly-in / fly-out procedure. I could not have been more happy with the care, compassion and thoroughness that he, his fellow and his staff demonstrated. This extends also to the outpatient surgical team (pre-op and recovery). UTSW has a gem in this caregiver and team!!!
Extremely competent, excellent communication, and always mindful that he's treating another human being. He quickly navigated what could have been a difficult urethroplasty, with good results and no complications.

I consider Dr. Morey to be a miracle worker & Mary, his RN, an angel. I underwent a very delicate surgery with Dr. Morey & it was totally successful. He’s one of the very best in urology in the nation.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
