This is actually a place I'll come to for any teeth related issue. The Doctors & other staff are really accommodating. It hurts to see bad reviews on here about this dentistry when my dad & I had nothing but great service since 2020. Dr. Q helped restore my confidence in my smile something I didn't have for a while. I went to Kharis Dentistry yesterday (their plano location) same thing nothing but accommodating. My biggest advice for anyone is to go there for yourself you'll be glad you did. As someone whose had two procedures done by Amazing Grace/Kharis (extractions & other things) they do follow up and check in on you after procedures like that are done. I can't speak for my dad (dont want to put his info on here) but my own father doesnt go anywhere else but here!

Worst experience ever. I scheduled a appt last week online which the front desk lady said thats a way u can schedule an appt since they didnt answer the phone. I come today for my appt & they didnt have me down okay no big deal she said they could see me but they didnt have the login for United Concordia to verify my insurance that was strike two so u mean to tell me u cant verify insurance without calling? Someone referred me to them & based off the reviews i knew i had nothing to worry about. Well i was mistakenly wrong .. no appt then cant verify insurance because yall dont got yall stuff together. Then wanted me to pay out of pocket when i got PPO is crazy! Im am upset because i knew i was going to get some type of relief today but NO .. zero stars

Amazing dentist! Had a painful wisdom tooth that needed to come out and he did it quickly with no issues. The front desk gentleman was also very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anybody
