I really like Dr. Pham. The last time we went, she was very kind and answered all of my questions patiently. I think I have always sensed a timidity in her bedside manner, but that is NOT a bad thing. She has always shown knowledge and expertise in her specialty and has been great to me and my son. I am giving 4 stars because of my overall experience with Children's as a contributing factor. At times I wish there were closer hospitals, because Children's Dallas is a beast and difficult to maneuver seamlessly through, even with my medical background.

Dr. An Pham hematologist at children's medical center Dallas is very inexperienced and unprofessional. I met her and asked questions about hematology and the answer to every single one was "I don't know" how did she graduate medical school??? She couldn't answer general questions not a single one. Then she got upset and started yelling at me and was very loud and rude. If you have a choice of choosing a doctor stay away from her. Her attitude is terrible and she is very rude!
