Terrible experience. Waited over 2 hours in waiting room (as did many others) only to see Dr Dossett who discounted my pain and said The last thing I need is for you to become addicted to pain medication & need 3 more surgeries after what I do. I don’t even take pain medication. am not one who needs bed side manner (I’d rather hear the truth) but he was arrogant,dismissive and very rude.

The staff is wonderful! My husband & I have both used the Doctors in this facility and when my mother needed surgery, we knew this was where we needed to take her. We have such faith and trust in both Dr Dossett and his entire staff, from reception, the nurses, the OR staff, simply every one has a great attitude and cares about their patients. We highly recommend Carrell Clinic.

I would only trust Dr. Dossett with any spinal surgery. He also did surgery on my neck. I have complete faith in Dr. Dossett.

Dr Dossett is an incredibly talented and passionate physician. I’m getting kinda old; and procedures are becoming more a part of my life. Dr Dossett’s previews of what recovery post-surgery might look like and what reasonable expectations I can have have been thoughtful and realistic. Thank you Dr D.

Dr. Andrew Dossett has been my doctor since 1998. He has gotten me through so many problems with my spine. He had directed me to physical therapy, injections and surgery when needed. He has relieved my spine from pain more times than I can remember. He and his staff are always very considerate and helpful with all situations that arise. I’m so very thankful he is my doctor.

Dr. Dossett and Glass are phenomenal. The team should get 10 stars. From the Valet to Nursing to Dr Dossett and Glass themselves. I went in feeling excruciating pain and came out feeling a world of difference within 36 hours. You can tell walking in that they are Rockstars when it comes to back/spine injuries. Very attentive, high attention to detail, empathetic with what I was going through and excellent follow through. I never wondered what was next. Their high sense of urgency is rare. They are the Top Class standard for patient care and will be on my Christmas card list for sure. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience.
