Andrew Clavenna's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Clavenna saved my life. I had seen a previous surgeon that was completely indifferent to my pain. After being evaluated by Dr.Clavenna and his P.A Mallory, they got to the root of my problem and corrected it asap. The entire staff there is kind, professional, and compassionate. I will see Dr.Clavenna as long as he practices.

The PA M. Taylor is very knowledgeable. However, the front desk admin personal need some training, they are terrible with customer service. Not one of the three ladies smiled or acknowledged or present, no eye to eye contact. There was no "please" or" thank you". They need a customer service manager to teach them how to be polite. Their equipment to scan medical cards were not working. I have a follow up appointment, will see how they respond on my next visit.

I have cerebral palsy, and an erratic gait. He noted on my medical record normal pre-surgical gait. After lumbar fusion, he noted abnormal gait. He totally ignored my CP, and it was the first thing I brought to his attention. My hardware came apart, making another surgery necessary. Afterwards I have to use a walker; prior to surgery, I did not use a walker. Another surgeon has since had to repair what he did. I definitely regret having used him. My other surgeon also charged much less.

Dr Clavenna and his team are exceptional. I had an extremely painful pinched nerve injury. Dr Clavenna’s team got the radiology studies done quickly, and expeditiously made the surgical repair required to relieve the awful pain. I am now much more comfortable thanks to all of the people that were involved with my care.

The BEST ! Very professional, very informative and super nice . He and is staff are wonderful. The neck surgery he completed on my husband was very successful, with very little post op pain . If your looking for a reliable and caring surgeon then look no further. The Carrell Clinic is also a great facility to have surgery , it’s not super big but I think that allows patients to get more personal attention and care !

I have been a patient for several years. Dr Clavenna and his staff are simply amazing! Not only have I had an excellent surgical outcome, I have felt listened to and cared for at every step. I really cannot recommend Dr Clavenna highly enough. Six stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Clavenna is very professional, has a lot of class, and has a tremendous bedside manner. He performed a lamendectomy on me two months ago. I couldn’t be more pleased. After having been a football coach on the varsity HS and D1 College level for over 40 years, I have been exposed to many orthopedic surgeons. Dr Clavenna is the best Ive seen.

Dr. Clavenna and his staff is the best medical care I have ever received for myself as well as my husband. I had a lumbar fusion 2 years ago and I have zero pain. I hike, bike, do yoga, yardwork you name it. Dr. clavenna performed a cervical fusion on my husband neck 3 months ago and it has received 95 percent of his pain. I am sure by six months he will be pain free. Claire, Malory, Lupe, and all the staff are wonderful. I am and Exercise Physiologist, ACSM and to see a doctor who practices personally a healthy lifestyle is a great bonus.

This man and his team literally saved my life in 2013 by enhancing my quality of life. Once again in 2021 they have managed to do it again. They only get better and better. The doc truly takes things one personalized case at a time. You would think you're his only patient. He is that good. You would not be doing yourself any favors choosing ANY other physician.
