List of Angela Scheuerle Md's Reviews
I had a similar interaction with Dr. Angela Scheuerle as a previous reviewer. She was very rude and abrupt during the appointment and the only follow up afterwards was with her coordinator. The coordinator was absolutely wonderful but has since left Dr. Scheuerle's office for another position. During my visit with Dr. Scheuerle, we were discussing my baby's health and Dr. Scheuerle made a statement on what her opinion was regarding the diagnosis. I wasn't sure about what she was saying, so I responded and asked her, "Even in the context of XYZ." She was so highly offended by this question that she said to me, very sharply, "Do you want to let me talk or are you just going to question me?" I couldn't believe what I just heard. Mind you, that was the first time I asked a question. My tone was respectful and calm, but concerned and perplexed. I'm looking to her as the expert to answer my question. It is certainly my right and really a responsibility as a parent to ask questions about my own baby's health. I NEEDED to vet that out. I was worried and it was extremely important to me. Otherwise, I would leave there still having that doubt in my head and unanswered questions. That's the point of going to the appointment is to get questions answered. She then performed a physical examination on my 3-month-old baby. The baby gripped her fingers at one point as babies do and she pulled her fingers out of the baby's gripped hand very abruptly and roughly to the point it made the baby cry. She remarked on her report how the baby was fussy and crying during the appointment. She really seemed annoyed by it. We left there feeling very frustrated and like we were treated rudely and very unprofessionally. It made me wonder if this Dr. had some kind of condition that made it difficult for her to filter her impulses. It was that bad. Later, our test results came back, and not that this is the point, but she was wrong. My question about the clinical findings in the context of XYZ, as I stated before, was actually correct. Again, not the point, there can be varying medical opinions and that's all understandable. It was 100% the extreme rudeness and rough handling of the baby and the annoyance she had the entire time. Highly inappropriate for a physician who interacts with babies. I would recommend avoiding this provider. She doesn't add any value to the diagnosis or to the patient, only unnecessary grief.
Took my children to her a few years back and did not have a great experience. I was driving almost 3 hours to get there and had some traffic and few accidents that made me later than I thought. I called to inform them of the delay and they said it was fine and to still head that way. Then my son suffered a seizure, so we pulled over and waited as it passed (whole reason we were doing genetic testing.) I went to the office and they said yes they will still see me, so we waited. After being brought back, she failed to properly due her job because she was too busy yelling at me about wasting her time, and that she has other patients. She also misdiagnosed my son with a heart murmur that the cardiologist confirmed didn’t exist. The moment I left her office, I never heard from her again. Waiting on genetic testing and only having communication with staff and a genetic counselor. There’s other places, please check into those first.
We’ve seen a lot of doctors with our son and this doctor was by far the worst. Rough, uncaring, dismissive. I would try any other geneticist you could find before her.
We have seen her for last couple years for our daughter. Dr. Scheuerle has been great with her trying to figure everything out. She also has a great staff
Nothing but the upmost respect for this doctor and her staff just a joy having her on my son's team of doctors.my family and I have a lot of love for dr.angela scheuerle
The doctor was extremely rude. I had a very negative experience there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
