Dr. Tseng is the best among all the neurologists in Dallas area ! I have seen her for the last 20+ years. She listens well, observe well before she take action explain to me on my issues and answer all my questions. She cares her patients!

This happened years ago, likely when she was newly practicing. Therefore, I will give her the benefit of the doubt as to whether she learned anything from then and has matured into a good doctor.My husband had heart surgery and his femoral nerve was accidentally lacerated. He was recovering beautifully from a heart surgery angle, but he had severe pain and loss of motion in the leg where the femoral nerve had been nicked, so they sent him for an EMG, to be performed by Dr. Tseng.She did what she was supposed to do, I suppose, and when it was all over, she turned to my husband and said, with no empathy or sympathy, "You'll never walk again."Why she thought it was necessary to say this - never mind whether or not she could actually make this prediction - I will never understand. It just about broke my husband, and I've never been so angry at a doctor in my life.Back in those days, there was no Yelp or Healthgrades, etc., and I had no idea how to let herself and others know that this was an extremely negative, hurtful, and damaging thing to say to a patient.P.S. When my husband recovered from what she had said (along with my constantly telling him that she didn't know what she was talking about and had no business saying that), he made it his goal in life to regain his ability to walk with both legs, which he did, and with no limp even, in just a few weeks.I feel better having finally told that story.

Nasty, nasty staff in front office. They cant make appointments, wont return phone calls, call you a liar, argue with you.....anything BUT make an actual appointment. I have left voicemails, tried to complain to their NASTY so called Business manager and got no where but yelled at and called a liar....Stay WAY away from this place!!!Leaving MY info just so they know who left this feedback. No need for hiding from the truth!!Del Burnham 07/23/66

I just called to make an appointment and the office staff belittled me about being on disability and how they can't turn down anyone in a hospital, but they sure can in the office.

Fake news! I do not understand how Dr.Tseng could have any bad reviews. I am a person who has multiple chronic illnesses and has seen her fair share of doctors (feels like all of them in a 20 mile radius) and Dr.Tseng is one of the absolute best. Her bed-side manner is phenomenal. She really cares about my well-being and spends time with me going over all my symptoms and current treatments. Not only is she willing to try whatever treatments/medications will work for you, she will give you hope when you have none. Dr.Tseng is one of the smartest and most caring doctors I have ever had. Never letting this one go!

Dr. Tseng is very wise and knows how to figure out what's going on with me and her patients. She is very personable and Listens! I follow up with her a couple times a year to keep an eye on my progress. I've grown spoiled by her precise care. Amanda, her assistant, is top notch and definitely knows what she's doing. I am so grateful to Dr. Tseng for helping me and Amanda taking care of everything else.
