List of Arthritis Relief Institute's Reviews
After struggling with knee joint pain for several years and trying various treatments, I was referred to the Arthritis Relief Institute. I’ve had a series of treatments, including the medial branch blocks and radiofrequency ablation, and the results have been better than expected. The only thing I would suggest is clearer communication about the aftercare process, but overall, the treatment itself has been effective. My pain has reduced significantly, and I’m able to move around much more comfortably now. I’d recommend them to anyone with chronic pain issues.
I never thought I’d get rid of the constant knee pain that had been bothering me for years. I’m so glad I found this place! They explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand what was going on with my knees. The PRP therapy has worked wonders. I’m finally able to walk without discomfort and do the things I love again. Thanks so much, Arthritis Relief Institute!
Major acute pain flare up. Ketamine/Pain infusion didn't work. Tried prescribed medication split between 4 hours to avoid interactions. They did not work. Patti returned call. I told her about my meds not working. She asked me when I last took my Ketamine torches. I reminded her that I stopped taking them about 3 months ago. She told me that I could take an extra dose of my home meds, this was 4:00pm. I had just taken them between a 4 hour span to reduce interactions. She gave me permission to take an additional dose. She asked me if I had a heating pad. I said I have Epson salt, heating pad & ice pack. She asked me again, I repeated above response. She became combative. She asked when I last took steroids. I told her that I don't like taking a lot of steroids. I just finished a pack a little over a month ago. She said that we could try Toradol pills. I told her that I have colitis and Chrones disease. I am already taking Naproxen. NSAIDS can cause flare up and pull me out of remission. I was medically retired from the United States Navy due to Chrones disease. It is documented. She asked me if I had used any tools to calm me down and reduce my pain. Breathing, bath, meditation, and contacting my doctor because it wasn't working. Patti let me know that she too has chronic pain and gets an injection every 2 months and it works great for her. I politely responded that each person is different and she does not know what my chronic pain is like. She then said that if my Ketamine infusions were not working, why am I getting them. I replied that they work for my trauma, Bi Polar 2 Depression, PTSD & dissacociation. How Ketamine works on my pain is a hit or miss. I have never felt more disrespected in my life. I have been seeking treatment there since 2019. Never ran out of meds. Only missed about 3 appointments within those 5 years. Always passed drug test showing I was taking everything I should be taking and not any I shouldn't be taking. I never went above Tylenol 4 at home except for my 4th and 5th back surgery. I even turned down stronger pain medication that my surgeon was going to give me post op. I could have gotten an additional infusion either tomorrow or Friday. I could have come in for a shot of Toradol because it would not be long term use. I still had all my meds so I didn't run out. I was not asking for more, or even stronger medication. On top of all that, Patti told me to take an additional clonazapam which is used for anxiety, uncontrollable movements, and tremors. My psych doctor prescribed them. I will be looking for another doctor but it is hard to find doctors that work with Ketamine treatments which is my miracle drug for my psych.
My leg's sciatica pain is practically gone. I'm still holding out hope that my lower back discomfort will go away after the next treatments, but the staff has been tremendous.
Wonderful medical professionals and love the staff. Unlike any hospital I've been to, this place focuses everything on pain management.
I always look forward to coming to this clinic. Everybody is incredibly kind. And I always feel better after the sessions.
I've experienced severe back problems for more than 20 years. I've had several procedures, with barely marginal success. Pain has significantly restricted my ability to live. Clinics deal with some of the most difficult patients. Finding them and having the therapies work for me were both strokes of luck. I was sick of going to one pain doctor after another and getting nowhere. These specialists were very skilled.
They always ask how I'm feeling and how the therapy is going as well as whether I want to adjust my therapy. The staff is very honest and professional. I also receive physical therapy to help me move my shoulder more easily and painlessly until I am pain-free when lifting and raising my arm above my head.
Everyone was wonderful. During my time in treatment, I got to know a lot of the professionals. We did a lot of talking and laughing. I visited the pain clinic due to discomfort in both of my knees, as well as muscle soreness and swelling in both of my hands. Right now, neither my knees nor my hands hurt. I am 100% more functional now than when I first arrived at the center and all of the edoema in both of my hands has disappeared. I should also remark on how accommodating the ladies at the appointment desk were. Good work, everyone. Thank you!
This is an excellent place to get checked out if you're in pain and looking for a facility that will help you feel better.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
