List of Ashley Agan Md's Reviews
On a scale of 1 to 5, I give Dr Agan a 6. My experience with her was excellent, from initial appointments a couple of years ago until recent surgery—COVID-19 notwithstanding. Perhaps most importantly, she is a good communicator and is personally warm and engaging. She listened to and addressed my concerns. She surgically removed the tumor and did a fine job putting my face back together. Her team visited me post-surgery and was attentive. I was happily surprised she visited me personally post-surgery because many places use “hospitalist” doctors. A hospitalist is a doctor who sees you ONLY in the hospital. You have no doctor/patient relationship with a hospitalist, they are used simply to do rounds. I recommend Dr Agan wholeheartedly and without reservation.
Very knowledgable, patient, compassionate
Dr. Agan was so attentive to my needs and put me on the road to recovery. She really listens and is so knowledgable! I’ll be recommending her to all my friends and family!
I cannot say enough about Dr. Agan! She immediately found a serious issue that a previous ENT had let go for over a year. She was warm, personable, professional and highly competent. Her staff is also impressive and to a person reflects her work ethic!
Had head congestion and she was able to insert tubes and prescribe medicine to assist. Very professional and answered my questions fully. Great staff.
Turbinate surgeries from ent doctors can cause Empty Nose Syndrome, which damages the nerves in your nose and makes you feel like you're suffocating. Think again before having the surgery.
Poor experience, not returning again. Have a better understanding of patient emotions in the future.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
