Asra Kermani Md's Online Review Report Card

Doctor Kermani is fabulous, she is an expert in what she does. She pays great attention to details. Honestly, I did not expect this level of care. Her office staff, my god, no where I have seen such wonderful staff honestly. This is not my real name but I am an Indian posting under a nick name for privacy reasons. Her receptionists, nurse are all wonderful. They are very good with timing. I only wish they can clone a million Kermanis. After a long time struggle, she makes me feel secure now and I feel that I am in good hands. Her treatment speaks to itself. The change I am seeing, I cannot believe myself. She is a great Endocrinologist. Trust me, you will be in good hands! Just beyond appointments, their care extends way more. She or her office did not ask for a review but I am very impressed that I took some time to write this.

Dr. Kermani’s staff is beyond incompetent. A referral from my PCP was sent and I was scheduled OVER 3 MONTHS AGO. I was also on a waiting list. I had multiple confirmations calls for my upcoming appointment, including why I was being referred. After multiple confirmations, I get a phone call on Friday after 4:30 pm to cancel my Monday appointment due to Dr. Kermani not treating what I was being referred for. I have reached out to the office manager for some sort of explanation and to recommend a doctor for treatment. I have yet to receive a call back. Dr. Kermani’s staff just wasted 3 months of my time which has negatively impacted my health.

All staff encountered from the referral process, appointment setting, appointment change, account setup, reminders, directions, front desk, back desk, lab technician, nurses, Dr. Kermani, everyone - very professional, friendly, helpful, sincere people work here. I was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative of this rare quality in medical centers. I feel blessed to have been referred to this practice team and doctor. The UT Southwestern app makes it even easier to communicate with the entire medical team. I will be well taken care of. Dr. Kermani had patience with me, helped me understand and sought out resources for continuous care. Best bedside manner anyone could appreciate. I left feeling like she cared and is concerned for my health overall. A+/10+

Dr. Kermani was fantastic. She didn't rush through the appointment, answered all my questions, and took time to really understand my situation. Excellent bedside manner and communication. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Kermani is seriously the best doctor I have ever seen. She is knowledgeable, kind, and truly listens to her patients. I cannot rate her highly enough; she is the best.

Dr.Kermani is one of the best doctors I’ve ever visited . She will take the time to walk you through your issues . She will completely evaluate your lifestyle , health and meds , and give you the tools you need to improve your help. She remembers her patients and has an amazing bedside manner . She is the best endocrinologist I know of !

This doctor knows what she is doing. I came in with serious issues and she just talked me though them and made me to feel comfortable and trust her. She ordered the correct test and then saw me for the results and explained them until I understood them. I highly recommend her! 5 stars

Incredible physician and person! I have been going to endocrinologists for nearly 5 decades for multiple endocrine issues. I recently moved to the area and was wary of selecting a new endocrinologist. I am most definitely not a "text book" case/scenario patient--quite the opposite. Dr. Kermani hears, takes time, does not rush, asks questions, connects as a human, and does not treat "labs" or only the objective data, but considers the subjective data for the plan of care--which is done WITH the patient, in a partnership. As a medical professional and endocrine patient with years' experience in dealing with many in this field, I can tell you she is a rare jewel. Highly satisfied with my care.

Hands down the most knowledgeable, sensitive, kind, funny doctor I have ever met. I have a brain tumor and metabolic issues. Dr. Kermani is, by far, the best endo I have come accross. My visits with her ever feel timed, I have her full attention and I feel I can ask any question without being pushed to a certain treatment. Deeply thankful for her.
