Robbie and his team are just nothing short of amazing I really wish I had known of his service when I was taking care of my Mom after her stroke. He goes way above to communicate and deliver excellence in the care giving space. Having been thru this with my own Mom you cant put a high enough price on this sort of high level care and attention. I was at the end of my rope and completely lost when trying to help my mom find care for my dad who suffers from dementia. It is such a hard emotional road to navigate. I felt that we needed someone to provide in home care for my dad for his safety but also to give my mom a break as she was his primary care giver. I reached out to Robbie for advice and resources and he was amazing. He provided me with information to present to mom to help her understand the importance of having someone else in our lives that we could trust with helping my father. While my parents did not live close enough to the service area to use this assisting hands branch this company was still instrumental in our in home caregiver experience. Without Robbie’s help I don’t think we would have moved forward with finding a reputable company to help us. Because of the Information and support they provided and still provide as he reaches out to us often to check in we now have daily and sometimes over night care I can not even begin to explain the difference it has made in all of our lives. My mom is a different person. She Has time and freedom to leave the home and and then has more energy when it is her time to care for him and I don’t have to constantly worry about them.
