Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

Everyone here is amazing at and I am feeling better than day one I can do ALOT more and everything feels better ...I am so glad I came here ... Thanks for everyone help here ....

Therapy in this place was amazing they all know what they doing and they made me feel comfortable specially Caesar .

I highly recommend this Athletico team! Everyone in this office is welcoming, fun, and professional. I had surgery to repair a fully torn ligament in my foot and was going to PT three times/week. Kim, Cesar and Jordan always challenged me with new exercises and helped strengthen my balance, which led to a speedy recovery. I’m thrilled to have made so much progress in a short amount of time, but I already miss seeing them every week. :)

My wife went to Athletico on Abrams because it was in our network. She had nerve pain in her neck and shoulders. After six or seven sessions, her pain was much worse, and she had the clear impression that the therapists simply didn't know what they were doing. She has now been going to Rich Silliman, who isn't in our network and who operates Manual Orthopedic Physical Therapy, who IS an expert on anything spine related. He was recommended by two of Dallas's top orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons, and the results have been outstanding. After six sessions, her pain has subsided significantly and her range of motion has improved impressively. She is definitely on the road to full recovery. It's just a shame that there are outfits like Athletico that have poorly trained therapists at the lower level of the profession but are still able to charge clients. I guess you sometimes don't get what you pay for.

My experience at Athletico was fantastic. The staff is so personable and kind, and they really care about helping you get positive results. They provided me with a list of exercises to do on my own while I’m back at school, which is great. Overall, I saw improvement in the time I was there. I highly recommend Athletico!

Friendly staff, who cares about the customer. They all know my name even if I can’t remember all of theirs. The facility is alive with smiles, laughter, hard work. I have never heard anyone complaining about the work that goes into the therapy sessions. But looking forward to the next one! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing PT.

The team here is great! They are all so friendly and engaging. Apart from the amazing people here, I have greatly improved physically since I started coming. Kim and Jordan gave me great PT work to get better and stronger. I always was doing fun and new exercises. I am going to miss everyone here.

Had a microdischectomy. My surgeon recommended this place since its fairly close to where I live. I had 2 sessions and a handout for stretches to help relieve the pressure. They were ok for the therapy instructions. I had to go on a business trip. When I got back to set the next appointment they said they will not set up the appointment because they said the discharged me as a patient. I was supposed to have several sessions over a several week period. Since I was so rudely discharged, didn't argue. They were not helpful or professional. So not good is deserved. So I remain in pain thanks to the failed therapy from Athletico and the unhelpful therapist.Anthony C.

I truly have enjoyed my Physical Therapy at this location. Jordan is AWESOME!!! She will challenge you. Kim is GREAT!!! She will quietly push you beyond your limits. Caesar is Kool (he is my sweetheart. Don’t tell him but he is excellent. It will go to his head). Caesar is creative & he will challenge you. Lizzette & Ashley are sweet, kind, & caring. If you have to go to physical therapy, then this is the best place to go. Don’t bet with Caesar because he will win & you have to bring him cookies. Lol
