List of Austin Street Md's Reviews
I have had my brother & best friend of 20 years here over the past 2 years. The staff is truly the best group I've ever witnessed in a Hospital. My brother has had to be at multiple hospitals and this one exceeds all expectations and gives us more faith in Healthcare.
They're rude and disrespectful and have no regards for their patients. They treat the families or spouses like dirt when they ask about their families in this hospital. And also will be so rude when asking a question about the family member. I do not recommend this hospital at all. And also wanted to fight us on my husband's service animal that he needs for what's going on with him. And wanted to treat me and my husband Like dirt for trying to explain that we have the paperwork for her and that she is needed with my husband. I would highly suggest not coming to this hospital or er at all unless you and your family want to be treated so horribly and disrespected and like dirt
Always receive exceptional care from nurses, doctors, and the entire staff!
Hi, I’m not one to post reviews but I have an issue with the transplant team, and don’t get me wrong nurses and Dr’s have been great, but my brother is in there fighting for his life, he needs a liver transplant, he was told it was decision and he chose to get the transplant then they came in and told him they did not approve the transplant because they didn’t not think he was committed to do what he needs to do after, but he is committed he know what he has to do and he wants to do it, his words were weren’t exactly right to the people who evaluated him and this is first time ever to be in the hospital, to have any issues with his liver and kidneys, he was in a dark state the past five months, we don’t understand why it progressed so quickly when he had zero health issues in May of this year. Im praying they will reconsider, believing for a miracle. I know he isn’t the only one and he’s not a special case or whatever but I want my brother to live and asking for prayers for complete healing for his organs to begin to function for a turn around in Jesus name. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
The quality of care ( at least in Urology Dept) is excellent. Doctors are attentive . Nurses are great as well, but, they were understaffed on Saturday am. Big picture: Nationwide Hospital Administration has ballooned 3000 percent (a voracious blackhole oblivious to patients) and Physicians only 250% since 1975. That leaves peanuts for nurses.
Don't go to the ER. You will wait all day for two interactions with the doctor. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.
Scheduling Dept. is poor. Sched'd for 2pm at Outpatient (upper GI s an), then resched'd for 130 by calling at noon, for another building! Imagine if I'd never ben there before. Got there, parked until.after 4pm! Who has the parking money for six hours? Lovely longterm hospital but awful outpatient at main hospital.
They saved my life.
Awesome service on my wife
Unbelievable today ! My partner had a procedure at an office near here that caused his blood pressure to go up to 200 and he became very ill. Drs and nurses felt it was so serious that they brought him by ambulance only to sit in this ER going on 7 hours now !!! We have watched people come and go for hours and hours and he's yet to be called! I just went up and asked again- what is going on? If we didn't truly need him to be seen, we would have left! Such a shame to have such a terrible ER in such a really nice hospital.... Shame on you Clements ER

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
