I am truly a aneurysm survivor thanks to Dr. Mitchell and his medical staff, On April 21,2022 My sister and I was able to meet with Dr. Mitchell to discuss information concerning my diagnosed with a aneurysm, He did state the he would like me to have a angiogram done so that he will know exactly what type of aneurysm he was going to be dealing with at that time we did schedule the appointment, In the finding was a 11x6mm long and 5.7 mm wide aneurysm, Just to fast forward I had my surgery done on July 1st which was a 3 and a half hour surgery that included coiling followed by a stent. I had to stay in ICU for 3 days and was able to come home, Today is July 26, 2022 and I'm still in my recovery stage. I would truly recommend Dr. Bartley Mitchell to anyone.

He is the best neurosurgeon he performed my surgery on C1 and it was very successful. He took time to sit down with my wife and explained everything .

Dr. Mitchell performed a microdiscectomy on me for an L5/S1 disc herniation that left me severely debilitated with loss of sensation in my foot and leg. From start to finish, he and his team took great care of me, expedited the surgery, and has checked in on me through recovery. The results were positive and immediate. Six months post-op, I have completed physical therapy and am back to normal life: running and playing golf. I can't thank him and his team enough for getting a big part of my life back.

Dr. Mitchell performed a 3 Level Cervical Spinal Fusion surgery on my neck. I am confident in saying that I don’t see how it could have possibly went better. It was a 4 hour procedure, ending at 8 PM. As he had explained he would, he took his time and very meticulously pieced my cervical spine back together. By 7:30 the next morning Dr. Mitchell was already checking on me. I was able to go home that day after surgery, and am progressing better than I’d have ever expected. I trust him and his team with my, and my family’s health and well being, should any one of us require any type of neurosurgery. Moody Brain & Spine Institute is the best.

Dr. MITCHELL is an outstanding neurosurgeon. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He saved our son's life. He kept our family informed and was kind, caring, answered our questions, and treated our son and family with dignity. His nurse practioner and office staff were amazing. Office wait time was minimal. He is brilliant and I highly recommend him for any neuro vascular surgery.
