Dr Kota is amazing. He always takes his time to make sure our questions are answered and is so good with the kids. The PAD staff are also great. We get timely responses from the nurse line and can get into see Dr Kota or the PA really quick (once at 7pm the same day)! The nurses are always helpful and kind.

Love this practice! My baby is 3.5 months old and so far we have nothing but great things to say. We live in Frisco so we always go to the Plano location and it’s so great that they often have same day openings when needed. The Plano location is obviously brand new and very clean! All of the staff is great and every provider has been wonderful. The portal feature that allows us to send a message to medical assistants at any time of day is also really great and helpful :) We’ve used it several times for advice and asking if we should schedule an appointment. Highly recommend this practice!

This office was recommended by my OB and we have been coming here the last 11 years since. All staff are knowledgeable, patient and considerate. Always a positive experience.

The place is a mill. You never see the same person twice and the appointment booking is a mess. No one knows you or your kid. A great demonstration of how our healthcare system is broken.

We couldn’t recommend PAD enough! We have been with the practice for almost 2 years now, and have had a great experience. The nursing line is so helpful. The weekend and later hours on weekdays are incredibly convenient, especially for working parents. Our pediatrician is Dr. Dennison who is fabulous and so thorough. However, every physician and APP we have seen has been wonderful. We especially like PA Elaine. Thanks for all that you do, PAD, and keep up the great work!

We have been coming here for 3.5 years. For the most part it has been a good experience and are sad to leave now that we are moving out of the area. Dr. Wray is a wonderful pediatrician who takes a family centered approach. She is smart, gentle and sweet and referred us to specialists when needed. We were ALWAYS seen on time with her and we appreciate the very minimal wait time with a newborn/infant. Our other child had a different MD and we did not have as good of an experience (long wait times and constant arguments about treatment plans). PAD's after hours care is a good option for sick visits on the weekends if you call first thing in the morning. Not many other offices provide that service. If we ever needed paper work signed for school.. it was done extremely efficiently. The phlebotomist at PAD is also wonderful and so sweet. She has the best personality and does an amazing job dealing with screaming/scared kiddos all day.

We moved to Dallas this year and I have to say Dr. Grysen is amazing! Having a strong relationship with your pediatrician is so important. Everyone we have seen this year for well or sick visits has been kind and attentive. Thank you!

Last night we didn’t sleep a minute because my 18 month old was barking like a seal and his nose wouldn’t stop running. I called your office first thing in the morning when you opened. No one answers the phone and no one returns phone calls. I walked in asking if we could be seen for a steroid injection as he clearly has croup. I was told there was absolutely no appointments today and nobody could fit him in. They told me to go to an urgent care. My child is sick and we were turned away from care from this practice - which has 17+ providers. And not one single provider could make time, 60 seconds to see us. Absolutely DISGUSTING. I am so disappointed in the lack of care, empathy, and blatant disrespect we received this morning. We will not be back and I will call first thing Monday morning to transfer our records.
