Brian A Feagins's Online Review Report Card

I scheduled and appointment and waited several weeks for an opening. I understand offices are busy and that doctors take summer vacation just like we do. I arrived at my appointment four (4) minutes late and was told I had to reschedule after filling out the majority of the paperwork. I didn’t have a hard copy of my insurance but provided a photo copy within 5 minutes of being there. I said that if it was too late for insurance verification that I would happily pay cash. I finished paperwork within 15 minutes and the office had two other patients (one of which I know was there for a different doctor in the practice) the entire 22 minutes I was there. I had to arrange for child care for this appointment and rearrange my entire day. I stood at the front desk and waited to be greeted when I arrived and the front office person was rude right from the beginning. I worked in healthcare and owned medical business offices so I am acutely aware of how things should run and that most offices (including theirs) give a 15 minute grace period. It took extra time to find a parking spot in the garage because they are all reserved which is why I was four minutes late. This is completely unacceptable. I was told the doctor approved this “reschedule “. Truly disappointing. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I never write reviews but am beyond upset over this experience. This is not how you treat patients or run any kind of business. I would give zero stars if I could.

It was very nice and comfortable. He gave me samples of a medicine to help me.

I have felt at this facility they know what they are doing and have every confidence in Dr. Feagins.

I unfortunately have not gotten to see Dr.Feagins. I have been cancelled on twice, and when i ask to reschedule the next appointment is over a month and a half out. The front desk told me "well he's a surgeon" with no sympathy. This is extremely frustrating for me as i have been trying to get my health issues sorted for some time. I waited over 2 months for this appointment, so i would think they'd try a little harder to fit me in. Extremely frustrated and hope you take care of future patients better.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Feagins. He is brilliant and thorough and he has compassion. I tell people he saved my life. I believe that. I wasn’t able to go to the bathroom after having died during a surgery and having total organ failure. Took me awhile to find Dr Feagins, but he went to work on me immediately. He wastes no time for serious matters. He has shown up at every hospital I’ve been in. He comes and checks me out and runs his own tests. Dr Feagins should be DOCTOR OF THE YEAR 2022 in Dallas. He goes far beyond what any other doctor would do because HE CARES. I respect, admire and trust Dr Feagins and his nurse Lisa. So if you’re undecided, check them out and you won’t be disappointed. Dr Feagins has made my life so much better. The medications he has prescribed have made such a difference!

Dr. Feagins is an excellent doctor. He is compassionate and ensures you understand what is happening by explaining in detail. All your questions are answered and nerves calmed. One of the best doctors I have ever had.
