Dr Laura and Dr Henry is the best been coming here since 2008.

The staff here is terrible. Rude employees, terrible communication and severe lack of care for patients. They failed to submit an order, never returned voicemails and instead of apologizing and improving they turn it around on the patient.

I've had a good experience with the doctors and nurses here, but unfortunately this office doesn't take the time to ensure that the physicians and specialists they refer you to are in your network. They will send you to whoever they have on their list and then you will have to discover this later, reach out to multiple offices, cancel and reschedule appointments, receive unexpected bills, and then try to explain this to the office staff who manages referrals by leaving them voicemails (because they never answer) all the while waiting many days and weeks to get the information and care you are seeking. It would be better if the office simply said to find who is in your network and then tell them rather than unnecessarily confusing this process and make it harder on patients to understand what needs to be done. This has happened multiple times to me with this office and it's wasted a lot of time and energy unnecessarily. I really hope they can improve this process because the doctors and nurses are good. If you want a smooth and reliable process for your healthcare needs, I would look for a different office. I am now.

I called Dr. Henry office on a Saturday not feeling well and Dr Henry himself called me back. Because of the issues i was having he told me to go straight to Medical City Dallas. He works in the medical buildings next to hospital. I have seen several doctors and have never found a doctor I trusted and feel more comfortable with than Dr. Henry. A friend of mine referred me and I'm glad he did. Since then I have referred my boss, my husband, my mother in law and my parents. I live 45 minutes away from Dr. Henry but I drive it because he is the best, and most knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen. He listens to his patients and he asks them questions so he can diagnose you correctly. Everyone i have referred to him says the same thing. He is the best most down to earth doctor they have ever seen. He listens to them and what their concerns are. Most doctors don't listen and personally I have actually felt they look at me like I'm exaggerating or don't know what I'm talking about and they are short and abrasive. Switching to Dr Henry is the best choice I ever made

After seeing over a dozen doctors who blew me off and were rude and abrasive and misdiagnosed many times. I have been blessed to find Dr. Henry. I have referred my boss, husband, mother in law and children and everyone says he is so knowledgeable of medications as well as medical issues. I drive 45 minutes to see him but making him my PCP is the best choice I have ever made. This weekend I had an emergency and left voice-mail and Dr Henry himself called me back. Due to my symptoms he sent me straight to Medical City and they immediately admitted me. Not only did he know what he is doing but treats every patient with respect and kindness.

I've gone to Doctor Henry for a few years now and he's an amazing doctor who takes a lot of time with his patients to get to know them and fully understand patient problems.

Dr. Henry and staff is great! I miss them. And it’s so hard finding another Great Dr. in another State like him.

REALLY LIKE DR. HENRY BUT WHO EVER ANSERS THE PHONES THERE JUST LEAVE YOU ON HOLD. :(

If I can give this doctor more then zero I will,I will continue the reviews in all other websites .

Wait time was a month and a half for a new-patient appointment, missed the appointment, thats my fault, but nobody told me that if you miss that first appointment you are just not allowed ever to use this office every again.The front desk said I should leave a message for the office manager to reactivate my status, I left a message 2 days in a row, with the rude reception people, to have them call me back and just say flat out, "No there's nothing you can do."Considering this is my PCP according to my insurance, this was a ridiculous and totally unnecessary situation. I have since changed my PCP.
