AWESOME STAFF!!! Princess Diana did a great job and the Dentist who took my braces off- Top Tier. I found them by their high rating and now I see why. First time I ever had my mouth done with minimal pain and no pain medicine. Thank You Guys. See y'all in a couple weeks.

Been going to Bryan Dental place on Bryan Street for over three years they’re always professional, courteous, and your in and out Never a long, period. The staff are very helpful and professional In my dentist, I absolutely love him. We’re like family now Dr. Hansen.

I do not like the dentist but this office was an amazing experience. My favorite dentist in Dallas Texas. I had a deep clean and a filling done and it was a painless process. Great office!

I had a great experience at this dental office. The process was quick and efficient, and the entire team. From the physician and assistants to the front desk staff—was incredibly personable. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. Highly recommend!

First off - I specifically asked when I called in if hawley retainers were offered and then stated that was what my visit would be for.. during my visit, three different members of staff asked questions like “ok you’re here for a check-up right?” or “you’re here for a cleaning right”. This was a bit odd to me because I would think at least one of them would have caught on from my call in or from me telling the first or second person I was there for a hawley retainer. Second - one of the ladies taking scans/images of my mouth didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I’ve had a lot of dental work over the last two years, so I’ve experienced getting these same scans/images done multiple times. She kept having to redo them and then finally someone else came in to take them for her. From when I sat down to when they finished the scans took 40 minutes. After they finished the scans, they said the doctor would be right in. I waited 35 minutes and the doctor never showed. No one ever even came to say something like “hey sorry it’ll be just a bit longer, we had some scheduling issues..” I mean literally they could’ve said anything. But they didn’t. I’m just really confused because the reviews show 4.9 with over 500 reviews. Maybe it was just a bad day for me to go in and I understand things can happen, but they haven’t even called me to discuss since I left and it’s been over 30 minutes. If that was my business, I would’ve had management call as soon as I walked out. Maybe he’s a great orthodontist and/or dentist.. but i’ll never know because I never got to seem him.

When I first walked in I was greeted with Pleasant smiles and a Welcome! The ladies made sure I was taken care of and well informed on what I needed to have a successful smile 😃 I really appreciated that!! Top tier was the Dr she was very Nice gentle and detailed! Prior to coming to Bryan's Dental I had visited 2 others and This was by far The BEST DENTIST OFFICE!!
