List of Carenow Urgent Care's Reviews
Doctor Sangalli was super kind and considerate! Gave me detailed instructions and medication suggestions before I left.
They were Very helpful and informative. Very much appreciated for what they did.
The service was fast and friendly, but thorough. Thank you to the staff at CareNow.
This is the worst urgent care I have been to in a long long time. I went to get my finger healed after slicing it and not only did their treatment not heal my finger at all but charged me $180 and then refused to see me again without me paying another $180 even though they never helped me at all
Quick same day appointment service. Everyone was really friendly too.
Everyone at the CareNow location I visited was very professional and friendly
Aside from the wait the staff was friendly and informative. Once I got to the back I was out in about 15 mins.
Very knowledgeable people, who are kind and helpful. While there the internet went down. Sent me to another care now, no charge and accommodating.
Took my daughter yesterday 9/6 for a jammed sprung finger. They did X-rays & they Dr never came back in. Gave her prescription alieve, antibiotic, a release package boom released. Didn’t nobody go over the x ray or explain a diagnosis to her or why she was even give an antibiotic. I guess the new wave is giving a paper for you to read on your own after paying an arm & leg using insurance to see a Dr. I could’ve googled for this…ohh yea they did t even wrap the finger. Just unprofessional I tell you.
Absolutely terrible! Go to the Oak Lawn clinic instead! I went in to get treated for a UTI… pretty basic. They take a sample, give me a Rx and call me to tell me to get more meds or different meds. The “nurse” was piss poor. In fact, probably not even a nurse. Kept me waiting in the hallway for over 30mins. Finally I just let myself in a room. The nurse practitioner came in and said they would send my sample to the lab and call me in 2 days if I need to change meds. I didn’t receive a call so I finished the 5 day antibiotic course. Yes, 5 days! I thought that was strange, but was told that is what they give. 8 days later UTI back (never went away) so I went back. When I approached the desk the man there said they were not accepting patients because no one has shown up for work that day. He told me to go to the Oak lawn clinic. I went to the Oak lawn clinic and started the entire process over again. The nurse practitioner I saw there was wonderful. She called the lab and found out that my sample had never been sent over! Anyway, she set me up with when I needed (10 day supply) and followed up! I called the McKinney Avenue location after this to find out what happened to my sample. When I called the man who answered was not the same man I saw that morning. He told me that he didn’t work there, and that he was just helping out with the phones. I asked him to get me someone who worked there so I could find out what happened. He left and came back to the phone and told me that he had my blood sample and it was positive. I informed him that I did not get a blood sample. He was very confused. I was confused. I’m pretty sure the whole office is confused. The nurse practitioner that I saw in Oak lawn finally found out what happened. She said my sample somehow got contaminated and they couldn’t send it off and no one called me to come and give a new sample. This is a very disorganized place and something serious could have happened. I reported this location to the appropriate places. I’m sure nothing will happen to any of the staff, so I would just avoid this place at all cost. The Oak lawn clinic is not very far away, and a great option! Luckily, I was refunded my money for my visit and I’m waiting for a refund for the medication.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
