If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I went into this care center on Tuesday, October 3rd 2023. I should’ve known I made a mistake when the nurse couldn’t even take my blood pressure because their machine continued to break. I gave a urine sample, and the doctor came in and pretty much told me there was nothing wrong on their end. I could go to the ER if I wanted to. So I did and found out I had some major issues going on. This center charged me $200, and when I made a joking comment about how expensive it is to get no answer, I was told by the provider he “doesn’t charge people based off of their wealth status” in a very demeaning tone. The most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to. I then get a call back later the next day that they didn’t take enough urine to do the testing they charged me for and asked me to come back. I politely declined as I had already been to the ER and my pcp. I called back requesting a refund since they failed to complete their service. I was told they’re “looking into it” and I heard the provider in the background tell the lady on the phone “we’ll just call her back”. Well no call back the next day so I call again and spoke with the provider. He basically says they did their job by sending me to the ER, remember as I stated he said if I wanted to go to the ER I could, not that he believes I should. He seemed to have no worries at all but all of a sudden now he’s claiming the $200 was justified as he “helped me out” by sending me to the ER. Also took no responsibility for the fact his nurses failed to do their jobs and collect enough urine to complete their testing. I can’t believe someone like him even has a medical license and holds the responsibility of helping patients. I’ve never felt as disrespected and disregarded as I did during my visit. The right thing to do would be refund the patient for the services you did not complete, however I guess this practice needs the extra $200 to pay for the security guard they have to sit in the front lobby on her phone. Please reconsider before visiting this place. If you drive a couple more miles you will receive much better service than this establishment.

Quick service, excellent communication!

I’ve been to this location several times. Each time, I was well taken care of and was able to be seen pretty quickly. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend visiting if you are in the area!

SAVE YOUR MONEY do NOT come here!!!!!!!! 0 stars would be generous for the scam they having. Just read all reviews! Go anywhere else. The staff was nice enough until you got the African doctor likes to scam people literally had me come in and then immediately told me I needed a scan and us his ER so they could charge you twice. Awful! Hateful man!

Great service

Id give this place zero stars too if I could. I literally had a similar exclusive with this same doctor not 2 weeks ago. He was the rudest, dismissive dr I've ever encountered. I didn't even know I could file a complaint. Know I'll be doing the same. I went in after suffering with a severe ear ache. He literally blew me off telling me he didn't see anything, I told him what I'd been going through and had already done a round of antibiotics. He was so rude, prescribed a steroid and left me sitting in the room for 30 min. Stay away from seeing him. Beyond dissapointed. Glad to know I wasnt the only one.

If I could give this place one stars, I would immediately. The African doctor was the rudest man I've ever encountered. I went in for a procedure already knowing what my diagnosis was and he refused to listen to me. Made me pay almost $200 for a visit, and when my results came back the same with what I was diagnosed 2 years ago with he refused to acknowledge me or give me a prescription. He has his puppets (the staff) running back answering the phone and immediately handing it to him. I contacted corporate and hopefully this man is removed from any medical practice. Anyone seeing this beware of this clinic and childish antics from his staff.
