The receptionist was rude and dead on the phone. Even though i came with respect. Went in person and the attitude continued, smh. Please replace the black young lady and get somebody more respectful and who actually wants to be working. And i had insurance but im quite sure she lied that i didn’t so i could pay the fee.

Great Staff and Facility. Really kind and no wait whatsoever on a Sunday! Very attentive and friendly. Parking lot is quite big! Would definitely recommend!

This urgent care facility was wonderful all around! When I walked in the waiting room was very clean and the receptionist was very nice and helpful!. No wait time at all. Also, the nurse was great and the PA was very thorough and explained everything to me. I might add he was very nice too! I would highly recommend this urgent care facility!

This place is horrible. I was seen for an upper respiratory infection and was told if I was not better I could get an antibiotic. It took me over 24 hours of multiple phone calls and begging for someone to actually care that I’m still sick and need different medicine. I don’t understand what was so confusing about what I needed. All they kept saying was they sent me in a cough suppressant. A cough suppressant is not an antiobiotic. If they actually cared enough to ask about my other symptoms they would know what I was talking about. To say they are a doctor’s office is embarrassing.
