I cut my hand and needed to be stitched so I visited this care now location. Filmon B at the front desk was very kind and gentleman. Doctor Lisa Kerich was very kind also and very professional. Everybody who works here are very friendly. The only downside is that it’s located where there are lot of homeless ppl but except for that, I would come back if I got injured.

Told to come in for appointment. When I arrived they told me they don't take Medicare. Should have told me before I came in. Then told me to go to Richardson as they had no wait. Called Richardson and they said there were 5 patients before me and they referred me to Casa Linda and sent my info there. Richardson was super helpful. Abrams clinic was not.

Everyone was nice and friendly at this place. The doctor seemed knowledgeable, displayed kindness and compassion. It was clean. Front desk gals were polite. It wasn't busy, though. I read other reviews that contradicted my review but if needed I will return to this facility.

Very quick and great service, I was there for an hour total. Haylee and Evelyn at the front desk were extremely helpful. My Nurse Lisa provided exceptional service, as well as my MA Keyhan. Will definitely be my go-to clinic from here on out.

This CareNow location is basically my GP - they are so helpful, kind, and always friendly. And the doctor or physician assistant I see has always helped me, and prescribed what was needed to get me on the mend. The front office staff is so patient and nice, and really great at sorting out insurance stuff. A+!
