This guy does very little in the way of helping. He told me to take up swimming. THANKS DOC!

No physical exam was given and very little time was spent going over my history. Instead I was only offered a cookie cutter physical therapy plan, despite having informed Dr. Noe that I have been in extensive physical therapy for the past 2 years for my pain issue. As disheartening as Dr. Noe's lack of attention and concern was, I have a much greater issue with him and his practice. This issue is their fraudulent and deceitful charging practices that prey on patients who are only trying to get better. I was originally quoted $192 for the appointment with Dr. Noe. Although I believed this to be fairly steep, I'm in desperate need for my pain issue to be resolved, so I paid the price on arrival to the office. I did verify that this would be the only charge I would accrue today and this was confirmed by his front office staff. However, a week after my appointment, I received a bill for another $100 due. After calling the billing department (which consisted of a 45 minute wait to speak with a human), I was told that I was originally billed for a 30 minute appointment but was now being charged for a 45 minute appointment. I told the billing department that I was not in the room with Dr. Noe for more than 10 minutes (another testament to how little time and attention was given to my care) but the billing department told me that if the doctor spends time updating your chart, you will be billed for the additional time. I was not informed of this before, during, or after my appointment, and to be charged for time that I have no control over and was not informed of feels incredibly dishonest. I received no care from this doctor, no physical exam, no investigation into my medical history, and a brief 10 minute appointment with Dr. Noe, only to be billed for him "updating my chart". I would love to know how Dr. Noe spent those 35 minutes "updating" my chart when he offered essentially nothing. No matter what your pain issue may be, Dr. Noe is not the answer.

I wish I had researched Dr. Noe before settling him as my pain management Doctor. We barely had conversation he seems to be unconcern it was10 minutes of him being on the computer I went in for nerve pain in my foot after surgery and was referred to him by podiatrist. I don't understand the meaning of pain management but I thought he would go over medical records with me I asked him if I could show them to him and he said no. I'm so confused

No physical exam was done, and I was never asked my average level of [nerve] pain. The first thing he did was reflexively suggest more drugs to add on top of my 2100mg of gabapentin per day. Dr. Noe seems to do the minimal necessary to get by when it comes to his lifting any finger. Both of us forgot to go over a more minor and less complex problem for me, though I did mention it; he was unwilling to handle the situation remotely and offered me no path going forward (like a telehealth appt). I had to reach out directly to radiology to proceed with next steps, as was recommended by my out of state surgeon. Dr. Noe is NOT a partner to his patients.

Listens and acts quickly with concern

Would not recommend. Does not provide any benefit. Recommend going to anyone else.

My son saw Dr Noe for a follow up appt after getting an MRI for his back pain. He is at college and plays football. The athletic trainer sat in on the call to make sure he was ok to train for the season. Dr Noe lashed out at the trainer and was very rude and unprofessional! We will definitely look for another Dr and not see Dr Noe again! I highly regret having my son see him and do not recommend him!

Dr Noe has helped me tremendously!! He examined me, listened to me, answered questions, and came up with a plan. He sent me to rehab and gave me a non narcotic for the back pain. I highly recommend Dr Noe.

Dr Noe listens, he is kind, very knowledgeable, skillful, and employs non evasive methods. This coupled with his sensitive bedside manner rates a 5 star doctor. Thank you Dr Noe.
