I had a horrible experience here. They told me that Orthotics would be covered 100 percent by insurance. Then they called me and said I owed them $800! They admitted it was their mistake but insisted I still owed them the money. There are many great podiatrists in Dallas. Go to them instead of Center For Foot And Ankle Restoration. Don't fall for a bait and switch experience like I did.

Dr. Noack and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish when it came to repairing my ruptured Achilles. I didn’t know what to expect from the surgery or what the process was going to look like but Dr. Noack laid it out for me and gave me realistic expectations the whole time. Surgery went great and Dr. Noack consistently had me come to to check my progress. My PT even loved the minimal scar he left behind from my surgery. I can’t say thank you enough to Dr. Noack and his team.

Dr Charles Cook is amazing! He gave me straight information, showed me xrays, told me the truth about my foot and gave me solutions! He would rather "doctor" with changes than with giving meds if appropriate. I left his office with a light heart, as I have a better outcome ahead, than what I had been told by a less experienced foot guy. I recommend Dr Cook to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and kind doctor. I trust him. I am SO grateful to the lady who recommended him to me! I am impressed. He has my vote!

Dr. Cook has been awesome! He did a great job replacing my ankle and I am well on my way to a pain free life (surgery was 6 weeks ago)

Doctor addressed issues. Not a great “bedside manner”. Poor eye contact and visit seemed rushed but he DID address my issues. His supporting nurses and staff were fantastic. Overall, I would recommend.
