We see Dr Hicks and we love her. However, this clinic struggles with communication between nurses and physicians & is very unwilling to help coordinate care between other specialists & clinics, which is what complex care is supposed to do. They are also very ready to turn away patients without insurance to pay which shows what the clinic actually cares about (money). The physicians themselves work hard to make sure their patients get what they need, but the management of this clinic seems to work against that which is disappointing as it is sometimes the only option for medically complex children in the area.

Repeating a bubble test on a 4yr old complaining her heart hurts when the results were already acquired. A bubble test required because of negligence by the hospital in the first place. A 2nd bubble test that ultimately caused a heart attack, killing her. Do better #justiceforwillow

I see on your page that you provide excellent care…I have a question…If the care is excellent can you explain how a 4 year old child can be laughing and playing one minute and DEAD by the hands of a doctor who wanted a video of a test he already knew the results for…Because he already did the test…So he caused a heart attack and DEATH to a 4 year old girl…Take responsibility…DO BETTER… #JusticeForWillow

U had inexperienced doctor subject a little 4 year old to another heart bubble test after she stated her heart hurt n the doctor made the guy doing it again and sent the little girl into cardiac arrest all over a video as the doctor forgot to get it the first time. U all should be ashamed of your self the way the dr killed this little girl to your failure to contact the mother back as promised in a letter which the whole world has seen terrible how you all have done to this family

I’m highly recommend this hospital ❤️❤️ Well I’m so thankful for the nephrology and urology doctors and nurses who helped me to take care of my Kidneys and helped me to fight a big battle of the CKD ( Chronic Kidney disease ) through my childhood to teenage I’m very appreciate to my bottom of my heart 🥺 ❤️❤️
