⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quiero expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento a todo el equipo de Children’s Health Dallas por la excelente atención que recibió mi hija durante su visita ambulatoria para realizarse una prueba en el sexto piso, sala 100. Desde el primer momento, todo el personal nos trató con una amabilidad, respeto, profesionalismo y calidez excepcionales. Nos hicieron sentir tranquilos, apoyados y bien atendidos en todo momento. Trataron a mi hija con mucho cariño, paciencia y dedicación, algo que como madre valoro profundamente. Quiero hacer un reconocimiento muy especial a Claudia. Desde la primera llamada para programar la cita, fue extraordinaria. Me ayudó a encontrar la mejor fecha para mi hija, respondió todas mis preguntas con paciencia y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar. Gracias a su empatía, compromiso y vocación de servicio, todo el proceso, desde la programación de la cita hasta el día de la prueba, fue mucho más fácil y menos estresante para nuestra familia. También quiero agradecer al personal de enfermería y a todos los profesionales que participaron en la atención de mi hija. Cada uno de ellos demostró una gran calidad humana y un verdadero compromiso con el bienestar de los niños y sus familias. Gracias a todo el equipo de Children’s Health Dallas por el excelente trabajo que realizan cada día. Sin duda, brindan una atención de cinco estrellas y hacen que las familias nos sintamos seguras y acompañadas en momentos importantes. ¡Dios los bendiga y continúen con esa hermosa labor!

I want to express my sincere admiration for Ms. Jillian Waterbury. On June 9, 2026, even though her daughter had been in a car accident, she still came to work and continued to care for the children with professionalism and kindness. I was truly moved by her strength and dedication. It shows how deeply she cares for her patients and their well-being, even during very difficult personal circumstances. Her dedication and work ethic are truly exceptional, and I feel she deserves recognition for the level of commitment she shows.

My children love their doctors they have many doctors that they have to see for different reasons but their PCP doctor is amazing I've been with her for years and I've seen a couple other doctors in the same office many times I definitely recommend

$867 bill for one visit to see GI specialist for our child after insurance adjustment. $425 is the facility charge and $422 is the doctors bill. This is absurd, when we made the appointment we asked about approximate billing charges. They never mentioned the facility charge. This is a ridiculous amount to pay to see a specialist. We have United healthcare insurance through an employer with an HSA plan. We were OK to pay the $422 bill for the doctor, but the facility charges are just ridiculous. If you do not have Medicaid it’s probably best to go see a G.I. specialist somewhere else at a different facility.

This place is the BEST! The doctor and staff go above and beyond to help! My son broke his elbow in a four-wheeler accident and they were there every step of the way. They helped reassure him and make him less scared of the whole thing. Always explaining to him what they were doing before they did anything.

Recently this office and practice has been awful. When you left a message in the portal it has been taking 3 or more days for anyone to get you answers and you have to keep messaging in the portal. Not understanding what is going on. I have asked to speak to an office manager and that never happened.
