As usual even when it comes to children, these hospitals are more concerned for the money than the child. My Grandson has had his skirt cast on for 5 weeks, and we were scheduled tomorrow March 21, to get it removed. Well, they can't get insurance confirmation and want us to come up with the $750. due for the procedure, before they will take care of him. We drove from Tyler to Dallas to get his care since there are no pediatric orthopedics here. This is just unacceptable on the hospital and the insurance. I guess we have to figure out how to cut this thing off ourselves. 1 out of 5 stars on this service at CMC. So sad, to make the child suffer.

My child has been to multiple appointments here (radiology, endocrinology & lab) and all of them have been really good. Patient care is clearly important and I love how advanced/modernized the facility is. I was nervous for the first appointment but being greeted at the door, completing check in at the kiosk (paying my copay) and being told exactly where to go eased my anxiety. The Starbucks here is top tier & on my last visit I noticed they are now accepting mobile orders!

My son has been seen here for about 3 years. His doctor is so nice and personable. She explains everything in depth and answers any questions I may have. The office is always so polite. I love how good everybody is with children! I was worried my son would be terrified of doctors for life with his medical history, but once we started here it has been a great experience.

My grandson had a follow-up appointment in the ENT department. The receptionist that made our appointment said it would be at 9:30 a.m. with the same doctor, I confirmed this over 2 months ago. TODAY: We get to the clinic: 1. Check in at the door confirming the appointment 2. Use the kiosk to check-in as directed 3. Take the elevator to the 5th floor, ENT area. 4. Stand in line waiting for a receptionist. 5. Finally, walked up to her and gave her the patient info. After giving her my name, she couldn't locate me on my grandson's account. (The doctors office had supposedly added me to the account on the first visit, not to mention this is the 3rd visit that I have brought him to this doctor). 6. The office had to call "mom" to verify I was to be on the account. Now after all of this, the little lady at the desk said "your appointment was at 9am". This is untrue, my appointment was at 9:30am. I verified this when we added it to my calendar. After this much incompetency or poor training, I wanted to talk with a Children's Health administrator. Funny thing, nobody was willing to give me their FIRST name! Well, that says everything to me! We will NOT be returning to this clinic. My personal suggestion, choose a different ENT unless you are okay with incompetency, questionable staff and no seating to boot!

Repeating a bubble test on a 4yr old complaining her heart hurts when the results were already acquired. A bubble test required because of negligence by the hospital in the first place. A 2nd bubble test that ultimately caused a heart attack, killing her. Do better #justiceforwillow

I see on your page that you provide excellent care…I have a question…If the care is excellent can you explain how a 4 year old child can be laughing and playing one minute and DEAD by the hands of a doctor who wanted a video of a test he already knew the results for…Because he already did the test…So he caused a heart attack and DEATH to a 4 year old girl…Take responsibility…DO BETTER… #JusticeForWillow

U had inexperienced doctor subject a little 4 year old to another heart bubble test after she stated her heart hurt n the doctor made the guy doing it again and sent the little girl into cardiac arrest all over a video as the doctor forgot to get it the first time. U all should be ashamed of your self the way the dr killed this little girl to your failure to contact the mother back as promised in a letter which the whole world has seen terrible how you all have done to this family

Extremely long waits. Do not take your child here for broken bones, they will be stuck waiting with pain for hours.
